Was looking at purchasing a new TV a few months back and while in the store I checked out the LG OLED range of TV's. I received some prices from the sales assistant and soon left. At home I looked online at other shops selling the exact same TV. Received two cheaper prices from DID Electrical and Power City. Went back to the store and asked if they would price match the TV (something they promote online and throughout their stores) to which I was told No, I even showed the sales staff the invoices which other stores offered me the TV for but they would not accept it. Ended up going home that same day and buying the TV from DID Electrical for almost 500 euro cheaper. As people stated below just go to the store to see the product, then purchase it elsewhere as you will receive it much cheaper :)

We were buying a new TV and I needed to use the bathroom. The salesman we were dealing with asked me to go over to the furniture department to be let in. I asked a lady there who VERY RUDELY (her tone suggested that they don't want my business) to go back to the salesman because they don't have customer bathrooms. I don't want to get YELLED at for spending money in their store. We left straight away. Sorry to say but TERRIBLE SERVICE - extremely rude saleswoman!!!!!

Good range but the staff are clueless. Do your research online before going in. You will most likely get a better price buying online too. Just go into see the product. Don't expect the staff to answer any questions or make any suggestions.

Was in Harvey Normans yesterday in the kinsale road roundabout. I was approached by the most helpful, nicest, patient guy called RAY couldn't have been more helpful ended up with great confidence purchasing a leather couch. Gave me all his time and help Harvey Norman I give RAY all of 100% also be recommending him to friends. Harvey Norman should be delighted to have you as an employee keep up the good work RAY

I don't like when they try and force the extended warranty on you. There prices are higher than other stores but the staff are fairly knowledgeable and friendly.

Good stuff quality. Bad Site Stock report. I went to their site I saw something was in stock in one store. I went to that specific store and they told me there's no in stock. I've sent email to them and they never replayed.

They sold me the last HP desktop from the display and failed to delete their files and user name. I spent many hours downloading drivers and setting it up only to find that there was a large H Norman file which I could not open or delete. When I took it back they said it needed a complete re install which took half a day. I then had to spend many hours again downloading drivers , spyware etc and setting it up.
Basically the sales guy messed up and it cost me a lot of time and trouble.

As 6 year olds do, my 6 year old son urgently needed to use the loo. I approached an employee to see could they help but she could not have been any more disinterested, she said there was only staff toilets but they were not for public use. I understand if this is your policy but surely at some level of discretion.

I was shocked that someone could clearly see how distressed the child was and not show a morsel of concern, A far cry from the customer orientated store that ye make out to be in you marketing campaigns.
