Only stayed one night, but the room was relaxing and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good but a little high-priced. Chose this resort because I was only in town for one night on my way to the UK, and this hotel offered a shuttle to and from airport, which was nice to have if only staying one-night.

The hotel is close to DUB and offers shuttle services to the airport. The hotel room is large. The hotel restaurant has tasty food and drinks. It has free breakfast buffet. The self-parking is free. Just have your ticket validated.

I really can't thank the Hilton enough for making our stay in Dublin an absolutely wonderful one.
We arrived at the hotel for our three night stay long before the check-in time, we just wanted to drop our bags off (ideally without a charge for doing so) and the amazing reception staff were so accommodating that not only did they say we could leave our bags there they upgraded our room and allowed us to check in five hours early. It was perfect as we were knackered after traveling on little sleep.
Not only that, the reception was a fountain of helpful knowledge that poured from the minute we got there - I am especially grateful for the information regarding the buses, we had no idea that it was crucial to have the correct amount of change on the buses in Dublin and they even offered to give us change every day for the bus, which they did without any fuss whatsoever.
On the subject of buses, we grabbed a shuttle bus that is run by the hotel both to and from Dublin Airport with ease, it was a service that was very much appreciated.
The room itself was beautiful with an incredible view, comfy bed, sparkling bathroom and a generous amount of tasty coffees and teas.
I can't fault them whatsoever and would recommend anyone traveling to Dublin to definitely give the Hilton a go. Don't forget to take a trip to their bar, especially on the weekend.response / report this review -

A nice hotel; Quite a distance from the airport, and had to wait for the bus for some time. It is a free shuttle a for Hilton Gold or Diamond member. The rooms are starting to feel very dated, and the hot water took an age to come for a shower - got me doubting that it actually worked. No plugs near the bed, but plenty on the desk opposite the bed. Air Con in the room was quite loud but room was quiet overall. Hotel was quiet with no queues, but lots of people ready for the bus in the morning to the airport - hey did have breakfast grab bags to go for a really early start.

The location is good and the gym equipment is fairly new. The breakfast was good, better than expected, and the staff in the restaurant at breakfast was pretty helpful. Our waiter found some Guiness bread for us which we enjoyed.
I am giving this hotel 2 stars because the quality of service and installations is behind Hilton`s average and below the average of Irish hotels, including B&B`s. For instance, in our room the TV control did not worked, the telephone was broken and staff at restaurant at night was not nice and forgot things we ask for (even a single glass of water).response / report this review -

Thank you to both Vera and Shannon for their excellent customer service recently at this location. They were both so pleasant and professional when dealing with a concern I had. I would book this hotel again for the cleanliness of it's rooms, it's food service and now most importantly for it's customer service.

Rooms are tidy but dated. The food is to a very high standard. The pizza is particularly good for lovers! The staff are polite without being overly friendly, which actually I like. It's very quiet in the rooms. As others have said it's ideally located close to the airport so it's frequently used for business travellers.

Only spent one night. Needed a hotel close to airport and this worked perfectly. Shuttle is 2 euros per person. Everything is as you'd expect from Hilton.

Great place to stay near the airport. It is a bit outside the city if you bare staying for more than one day. Great food in the restaurant.

Great staff, modern, comfortable quiet room. Best pint of Guinness have ever had in a Hilton! Breakfast buffet highly recommended. Airport shuttle.
