Attended a training course here, the hotel is lovely. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There was a selection of teas, coffee and biscuits on our arrival. The room we were in was a bit too warm and it was hard to get a staff members attention so we could adjust it but that minor thing aside everything else was great.

Have frequented here quite a bit for work reasons of late and it's been really good. The refurb a few years back has done wonders for the place.

Food is excellent from what I have had and the staff team are on the ball with conference facilities, handling large groups etc.

Lobby is really bright and airy, bar area is comfortable, and importantly the coffee is good. On site parking in underground space is a plus too. Needless to say, proximity to the train station is a great plus too, as is the proximity to the park for a wander!

Ashling hotel's location is great for visit to Dublin, just across the road from the Guinness brewery. Friendly staff, comfortable standard class room. Evening meal was fine, except for beef which was just too tough. We had gone for the early bird menu, and generous allowance made on our bill. Breakfast a highlight - hot food and no problem getting an omelette. Can recommend this friendly place.

The Ashling hotel is a lovely place located within walking distance of all the main attractions in Dublin. Its a nice hotel with all the modern amenities. It has breakfast and bar.

Ashling hotel provided luggage storage until room was available at no charge. The room was nice with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was complementary and delicious. Overall good stay, would recommend.

Great location on the western part of Dublin. An easy walk to the action. Great service and amenities. Perhaps a bit pricey.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was well appointed, the location was excellent and the tram was a great way to get around. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was great. Overall we had a really good experience and would recommend this hotel

They ran out the type of room that we had booked, so they gave us a two bedroom suite (3 beds each) with an enormous bathroom. The rooms come with complimentary water, coffee, tea, and shortbread cookies. I am impressed. The hotel hallways are long and dark, kind of reminiscent of the twilight zone, but I think they lend a unique character. Everything is comfortable and in good working order, except the toilet takes a while to fill.

The Ashling is everything you need in a hotel. Our room was well sized and appointed, and clean. The aircon was a little noisy, but wasn't needed so not a problem. All the staff are very helpful and exceptionally polite and nothing seems like it's too much effort. The thing that stands out for me, from a customer service point of view was that the little things are done well. Would I stay again? I think so

Location is nice, peaceful and handy to get into centre using LUAS tram. Room was lovely and clean however shower curtain didn't stop water from flooding the floor and we only got two shortbread even though we were three! Service was friendly and professional. Overall a great place to stay in Dublin.

Very nice hotel right near Guinness. Very convenient to the Tram, buses and train station. Room was upscale in an older building. Breakfast was very good as well. Front desk was very helpful in navigating the city as well. Would definitely stay again!
