  Was going to purchase a set of speakers. The guy basically told me to go find out the size of my speakers first. Very unhappy as they have advertised that to just ask if not sure what the right size speaker is for you. Very bad sales person. I wouldn't even give that store any stars above. Unfortunately, I have to hit at least one to post this.

  What can I say? 2 years ago I bring my car to replace the stereo and the technician just destroyed all the dashboard of the car, he tried to hide it and paint the part before I came, so dishonest after battling the pay me the part but after 2 months last week I went to buy a bike, disaster, they don't even know how to fit a basket on it, they told me "sorry but this is not for you bike", even when it was made from the same company for my bike, after my complaint with the manager they fit it and I helped with the installation because the "technician" was lost in the process. Bad bad. And the second bike I bought.. i wait one week to build it with out any reason the just told me. You are in the queue, but you go to Halfords web and they say the build it for you in max 3 days.

  If you want a better service just to to Halfords swords is way much better

  Called in 1.45pm on the 20July 2017 to buy and get fitted a new car radio the guy who fits the radios was on lunch. Called back 2.10pm the following day,no one could talked to us about a new radio they were busy,it was suggest we call back tomorrow, we wont bother. Ray

  Horrible customer service. Bought a bike back in January and had it assembled for me. I asked them I was looking for a "budget friendly bike" that is also durable. He proceeded to show me one of the "cheapest bikes" which that "does the job". It does not. I wanted a budget friendly bike. Not a cheap bike that was faulty on the first day. It was assembled incorrectly, the wheel was placed backwards. The front wheel became loose and unstable on the first day. After a month of constantly having to get it repaired and spending loads for flat tyres and dodgy brakes in a bike shop closer to me, I decided enough is enough and returned to get a refund. They refused to even help me or even look at my bike. The "manager" claimed he cant do anything for me. Once you spend money here, you're never getting it back, no matter how poor the quality is and how incompetent the workers are. I strongly reccomend NOT to purchase bikes from here. They cannot even assemble "cheap" bikes properly.

  Want to buy something decent for the car? You won't find it in this Halfords. whether it's ordering in parts because they never have anything in stock, being left waiting for weeks on end because they've ordered the wrong parts or simply stopping in to get assistance in buying something as simple as a bulb for the car you'll constantly be let down by the staff and store here. You would have better luck finding what you need in the petstore nextdoor. Avoid at all costs, order parts online or from a reliable source.

  Very poor customer experience. Advisers are unable to help you getting what you want. Many times I asked for something and they ended up with something different (not necessarily more expensive).

  Stock levels seem have dropped and store orders more common these days. The trade discount is pretty good though.

  Went in to get some coolant, which I found by myself in about 30 seconds. Went to pay for said item. No staff at the till for over 5 minutes!! It's like the staff have zero interest in their customers. This is crazy guys, c'mon
