Well priced full service and staff made sure to confirm any extra work and parts needed on my bike, before going ahead with the work. I was pleasantly surprised by the low quote I was given.

Shop is closing down. It is not what it used to be. After the LUAS track work are over, this will be a Starbucks. The expert personnel has left and now the advice is just NOT what it used to be. I bought entry level bike there. Bike was sold slightly too small, not build for my strength, and they wouldn't take it back. I REGRET this buy very much. Now I have a bike that I won't be happy with. Such a pity. I feel like it was not fair/pro advice. But advice to sell their left over bikes.

Really helpful, and very charming attitude. Nice advise, got what I needed, and left the shop with a smile :)

Best mechanics in the world! They really know what they are doing and charge fairly for their services. If you want your bike to run the smoothest it ever has, take it to these lads.

Made changed without asking me, quoted two different prices before and after service. Breaks are now irritably squeaky, basic job that was over priced and under serviced.

Good shop, with an excellent crew! I had couple of issues due to the roads in Dublin with my specialized racing bike. Had a lot of little work to do on it, always been fixed quickly and perfectly.

Great selection great quality products staff are really good at their job and helpful my only issue is the price but I suppose a bike shop in the city has massive overheads

3 strikes and your out Cycleways. Ive bought two bikes and various parts here over the years spending thousands but im done now. After numerous services with the bike being handed back to me with the issues I wanted fixed remaining and on other occasions being told of a 10 day waiting list for a services ive had enough. Yes everyone in the shop sounds impressive and gives the impression they know what there talking above whoever result matter and cycleways hasnt given me results ive paid for and expect for my money.

    1. I expect repairs to be done properly if im being charged slightly above average price for repairs.
    2. Telling customers theres a 10 day waiting list to book a service is beyond ridiculous. If there is such a back log of work hire more staff or get overtime done to clear the back log. Customers and money for the business are walking out the door.

You talk the talk cyceways but dont walk the walk
