Justin was very helpful with fitting my windscreen wipers. He gave me alot of knowledge to do with my car. Checked my oil and even filled the water tank with windscreen wash!

Best cycle store in Dublin. Best prices. If you wanna buy a second hand cycle, go to this store first! They'll give u a brand new cycle for the prices of a second hand if you buy from city centre.

We purchased a new mountain bike for my son last week to cycle to school, we collected it on the Thursday. My son took the bike to school the next day and while enroute encountered a hill at the back of our estate. As he started to ascend the hill the left pedal came away form the crank shaft and he fell head first over the handlebars on the road.
The fact that he was not injured is a miracle and that his helmet saved him too.
I returned the bike yesterday and spoke to to Manager in the Bicycle Assembly Area upstairs, a young guy named Graham. He said the pedal had sheared off, I asked him about the Halfords QA process to catch these type of issues but he more or less did not answer and said he would repair the bike within 10 mins.
The bike was brought out and presented to us repaired, I thanked him and asked again about the Halford QA policy and if he was at least going to give my son some kind of goodwill gesture, like a voucher for what had happened to him.
He said no and that only the General Manager can do that, I asked him to get the General Manager to call me, he got me to write my name and number on a till receipt and that he'd get him to call me.
24 hours later still no call from Halfords???
Your QA process, Manners & Customer Service have a lot to be desired. I wont be back & I will be telling everyone of my friend to avoid you.

Brilliant service and great prices all the time here. I've been in and out a few times over the years to grab car bulbs etc and you always get great service. Other places will rip you off with half the chance. I find Halfords brilliant.

I went up Halfords in Tallaght on a Sunday morning looking for a motorcycle battery and to my amazement halfords have a selection of them. I did not know the particular battery is needed i asked the young sale assistant to help me and instead of getting the usual reply you normally get " if it's not on the shelf we don't have it" the sales assistant took the extra 5 minutes to help me, he even Googled it for me. This is refreshing. Thumbs up to Patrick the sales assistant that helped me and to halfords for having the battery.🖒

I was there today and qued behind 3 customers waiting to pay but no staff were on the tills despite 5 of them walking round the shop.
Sick of waiting, I went down to the till at the bottom of the shop to pay. The guy there told me to pay at the top tills. I told him there was nobody there. He told me somebody would be there in a minute.
I walked out and bought my goods elsewhere.

We have been looking for a car seat and went to a lot of places to get advise on safety and the new laws coming into place.
We went to a lot of the main baby stores and got mixed messages.
We went to Halfords in Tallaght and met a lad called Stephen and he was so nice and patient with us but mainly he was very well informed.
He knew all about the safety features on each of the car seats and was an expert on the new laws that are being introduced.
Well done to Halfords and to Stephen who was a pleasure to deal with and very well informed.

Good selection of products for the car , camping and biking . I can always pick up a bargain. Their on line reservation and pick up works really well and if it isn't in Stock they will order it in for you . Plenty of parking .
