The worst bank i ever had to deal with! Applied for a loan dealing back and forth as they kept on asking me for documentation. Then promising they will contact you shortly but never do so you have to chase them. Then calling again and they find banking issues when they aren't any and ask you for more proofs..! Had several loans over the years which I always paid back in full and never took me more than a week dealing with any branch..! Yeah your rates are low and so are your services! AVOID!

Took more than 2 months to receive a loan offer, extremely slow customer service.

In this particular branch which seems as the main hub in Ireland, there is no person to answer customers and only a phone is present to contact customer service.

DO NOT DRAW DOWN A MORTGAGE WITH KBC
-They will not respond to your emails
-They will pass off every issue as "not my problem" different departments fault
    - Will ask for the same thing repeatedly with no explanation

Complete disregard to clients' needs. Everything is very slow and not exact which is unacceptable in finance realm. SWIFT transaction can be made for more than 10 days and be failed due to bank clerks' mistakes. It might happen that during a transaction you loose part of your money. And client support doesn't promptly react to related claims. I've never met such an awful service.

Pros - best variable mortgage rate in the market (at March 2017), no banking fees, excellent retail branch.
Cons - only three retail branches in Dublin, no online banking facility for desktop browsers (mobile app only)

Terrible!! They don't care about customers and would rather swan about looking important than actually get their records in order. Don't waste your time.

absolutly a disgrace. rest my phone so app reset. it was a sat eve at 5 and i couldnt get an activation code for the app. the mobile key didnt work so i have to wait until monday. left the weekend without money in my current account. it takes two days for an online tranfer from another account ot get to mine. when i phoned i was told its not a holding bank so it takes longer. the customer service agent and i use customer service loosely . was very dismissive of my concern. im done with this bank moving my current account back to ptsb

    First sorry for my English,

I cannot deposit cash (i am not joking, they does not accept cash) and the person working there did not give me another option, the only one she told me was to go to the postal office and change the cash for a check, then I red that may I could make a deposit in the street machines but she did Not tell me anything about (and I am not sure about that too)

I tried to update my address which is wrong giving my password and so on by phone, the operator told me that only I can do that by postal letter, so my address now is wrong and does not exists.

I tried to install the mobile application and says that my mobile is not valid (because it was rooted two years ago)

I tried to install the mobile application in another friend phone, but he password had expired.

So I have not any access to them

I have received one digital key to access from my computer I did not try yet but I am pretty sure that it will not work (password expired)
