Have a rare bike with campagnolo eps that needed updating, they change the battery and interface.
Instead of weaving the cables through the bike frame and plugging into the gears etc. they cut the cables and joined with sticky tape, one off bar tape was missing, when asked where it was, they claim it was not on it. It’s like dealing with the muppet show, I was assured it was in good hands.

Bad customer service, arrogant and condescending, lukewarm response from the management if you try to address such an issue with 'em. Not for a discerning cyclist anyway

Bought a Cannondale Trail for €600 .After a few weeks it developed a knocking noise in the front shocks. Was told it was on the wrong settings and its fixed now..it wasn't !
This time they offered to rebuild the shock.it was fine about a month then then knocking returned, returned to shop again.
This time they said they would return the shock to Cannondale under warranty ,this would take two weeks, (a well I'm finally getting it fixed) .
After a week they ring me and tell me there's nothing wrong with the bike and it won't be going to Cannondale to be fixed.
At this stage I have the bike 8 months, and yes there is marks on it from being used. The manager tells me he can't give me a refund as there's marks on the fram. So it looks like I'm stuck with it.
So this is my experience with cycle superstore, I certainly would not recommend them.

Could give it 5 for building/etc and 1 for workshop/SOME staff members

Great setup with a test area to try out bikes. Coffee shop a bonus.
Aftercare lets the place down, constantly having to go back with issues and then staff have an attitude. Need to be more friendly and open to beginners.Too casual with repair time/having it ready to collect.

Took my bike in 3 times for the same issue which they werent able to solve despite charging me for the service of the bike. They knew what the issue was when I booked the bike in. Good selection of products in the store it must be said. Also took my bike in for a trade in but they were a good €850 off the price I got elsewhere. So basically tried to rip me off so doubt I'll be making an effort to get out there again.

Yannick was extremely helpful over a prolonged period of time trying to sort a difficult problem. He stuck at it when lots of other people would give up. We got it sorted in the end. Thank you very much indeed

    Unfriendly staff and atmosphere.

Lovely bike shop and well laid out but need to be ALOT more tolerant with people.

A number of very poor in store experiences. I was a loyal customer till recently; the in store experience dropped dramatically. The staff are disinterested and often make mistakes. I think they're rather be posing with coffee and discussing their latest Strava ride than serve paying customers and offer advice and guidance. A once great store gone dramatically down hill.
