Very friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel itself is below Premier Inn standard

Large comfortable rooms. Bathrooms could use an update. Very capable personnel and close to city center. Would stay there again.

Have stayed here twice for hen parties, both times they took good care of us. It's in a handy location to walk into town. Parking was limited but they managed to fit us all in. The breakfast was ok, I would have preferred less of an Irish breakfast but there was plenty to eat. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and rooms were cosy , clean and comfortable.

Overall had a very nice stay. The parking was very rough. I had to park in front of a fire exit (the woman at the desk told me to do so) because no other spots were available. The elevator and men's lobby restroom were out of order. The shower curtain seemed to have a little mold on it.

None of these were major issues, but added up to dropping the rating a star. As for the positives, the bed was comfortable and the room was well stocked. The receptionist was extremely friendly. She drew me a map of how to get to the center of town (great location. Only took about 10 minutes of walking) along with suggestions as to where to go. The restaurant looked nice but I did not eat there. Great hotel for the price.

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Hotel needs a bit of love though. A little unloved.
