A good hotel located within walking distance of all Bunratty has to offer. Excellent breakfast buffet in the mornings. Slightly pricey for what is offered. Spacious rooms with decent beds.

Its a fun experience to visit the castle and be entertained by the cast/crew/staff.. Very talented all-rounders A good nights entertainment Food not too bad either.

Had Afternoon Tea there as a gift from a relative. We were late, but they had no problem with that. We were the only ones there. They gave us the same service as if the place was backed. The selection of treats was top notch. The Coffee was very good, and the service was great. Very relaxing and not rushed. Beautiful place, with lots of attention to detail. would highly recommend the Afternoon Tea.

Outstanding hotel! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Very clean, quiet and very cute decor. The staff was outstanding! I had a flight very early out of Shannon airport. They order my taxi and prepared a special breakfast for me at 6 AM since I was going to miss the 7 AM buffet opening. Highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable. After a week in Ireland I was pleasantly surprised to see US power outlets next in our room (in addition to UK). The Family room was large enough for 4 and the beds were comfy. Easy walk to Bunratty Castle. Highly recommend.

One of the best castles I've ever been. The village is amazing and it's so nice to know everything is real even if coming from another location. Highly recommend it.

Great hotel fantastic selection of drink in the bar. The room we had was of an unusual design but very luxurious. A very welcoming and friendly hotel beside one of the most iconic medieval castles in Ireland. I'll be back again. Attended a fantastic wedding in a great banqueting/function room.

The only nice things I have to say is that our room was nice as well as the spa. The "wifi" was a hassle to set up. We had an earlier departure and asked for a wake up call we never got. As well as a complimentary cold breakfast that was supposedly waiting for us in the lobby 30 minutes before we had to leave and also was non existent. Definitely a nice looking hotel but lacks service
