It has everything that you could possibly need for the great outdoor life. Staff are efficient and knowledgeable. Pricybut you pay for good quality.

I needed to by just one pole to repair a tent, it was €4 and a helpful member of staff showed me this set with five poles, replacement shot cord and fish wire, and one ferrule for only €10. Great value.

Top quality brands some bargains to be had especially if you're on their emailing list. But relatively expensive overall. The staff are very knowledgeable and customer service is excellent. Plenty of parking but weekends are busy.

53 degrees north as a chain of stores have started to move from a real outdoors store to more of a clothes shop for people who want to appear to do outdoors activities. They do carry a good range of products however they are all top brand name putting them out of budget for some people who actually want to get outdoor gear. The staff are normally very friendly however although at times lack knowledge on the basics of outdoor activities and are ill equipped to advise on certain purchases
