Went to see Steely Dan last week. Great show - but very disappointed by patrons constantly leaving their seats to purchase drinks during the performance. I thought the bar only opened during the break.

Were at the 3 arena last night for Hall n Oates.. very very disappointed. The sound was shocking. The crowd at the front brought it to their attention and they said they were trying to tweek it..couldn't hear Daryl Hall voice.. totally drowned out..
On the other hand Chris Issak was really good. Totally polished sound system?. Why the difference..

Went to see CHICK..Nile Rogers, absolutely superb. Standing and seating offered so thought would prefer to sit. However the whole of the ground floor was standing and we had a seat up in God's looking at the side of the stage. Disgusted, given we paid top price for our tickets that are usually cheaper seats. What a rip off..😔😔

The 3Arena is located about 30 minutes walk from the city centre. It is best to take a Luas tram in the direction of the station named The Point. A return tram ticket costs €4.20. There is a car park but it is apparently very busy after events so they recommend using public transport. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I expected security to be tighter like in other venues around the country. The queue moved very quickly. We found our seats easily enough. They were fairly comfortable and even though we were on block K we had a great view of the stage. Drinks were overpriced as they are at any concert. The toilets were very clean and there was a lady there to help direct people to toilets as they became available. A good venue but really should move with the times regarding security.

Great arena for a gig, went to see The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and it was amazing. Feel safe witht the amount of security, great atmosphere, lots of toilets and concession stands. Would recommend for any type of event, there is a great setup. Although it still should be called the Point Depot!

What a nice place to let your hair down after you had a busy week in the office and behind a computer and type and answering phones all day great for gigs in the 3 Arena very big place and very very busy place to go to chill out with your friends and family

We had to change our tickets from regular to wheelchair accessible on the day due to recent surgery. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Disabled seating has a good unrestricted view though is reasonably far back

Great access to and from with Luas roadworks around the area constantly is annoying as a local trying to drop down. Good acoustics. Easy get served at bar. VIP area lovely if you can get in. Staff nice

Excellent! Come to this venue many times. Sometimes I drive and use the village car park, sometimes i hotel and use the tram. Either way, so easy to get in and out off, great sound, great visuals and you can always walk to front of stage no matter which tour. Perfect venue. Pick standing, you can always get to within 10 feet ofbyour favourite act

You can't fault the arena I love seeing my favourite artists and bands perform live and the sound is always amazing. The layout is very easy to navigate and it has a decent capacity. The only criticism I have is the price at the concessions is far too expensive but I don't need those to enjoy the show.

Parking space available. Traffic can be heavy around Quays area getting there, plan for some time. Large venue with famous gigs. Many bars -- ok prices. Bathroom queues are quite long but the staff keep it moving efficiently. Good crowd management. Always felt safe.

We had the VIP package at Jack Whitehall that included front row seats and a meet and greet. Seats were great though we were very close to the stage, staff were very friendly and there was no wait entering the arena (meet and greet bands had to be collected at 18.30 and performance didn't start until 20.00).

Concessions were a bit overpriced but to be expected at these kinds of venues. Staff take bottle caps when buying bottled drinks, not sure why. All in all a good experience. Jack Whitehall was fantastic too, would recommend seeing the 'Jack Whitehall: At Large' show

Fantastic arena, have seen a variety of performances here and it is a very versatile venue. Easy access from the centre but is a bit of a walk from O'Connell street. Usually easy enough to get afforable parking nearby if you book in advance.

Good large indoor venue. Great view of the stage from every seat. Good acoustics. Bars have no craft beer and are overpriced.

Such a cool place, it has something for everyone. Great service, it has wide range of food and drinks, selection of memberships and such variety. They make you feel valued and not just another customer. Great experience.
