It's a nice budget hotel, the room is not so big, not too small tho, it's so comfortable just like the hotel should be, but I still can't find out the fastest way to go to the basement, the lift does work from basement up, but it doesn't work from the lobby to the basement, the view isn't so good tho, but worth the money.

Good hotel with a great price
In west jakarta so far i only recommend either this or pullman at central park
But the price is totally diffrent
So if u want to stay at west jakarta and only need bed and bath i really recommend this hotel!

A budget hotel, not big building but it's clean. It surrounded by eating places, bakmi aloi, soto mie Puri, tahu pletok, etc. Best place, especially if your meeting place is nearby.

what I like the most is the strategic location. The room is OK ( clean enough), but mine was right accross a cemetery, which I didn't like, but somehow the receptionist did not allow me to switch room😑

Pleasant and comfortable stay at Fave, Puri Indah. Convenient location, within walking distant to the local eateries and a short drive to the malls. Great price and would recommend to my friends.

This is my fifth for staying in here.
Always comfortable for room and breakfast. At that time there is lontong sayur for breakfast, and its so yummyyyyy. How lucky I am
Maybe if there is a hand shower, it will be much better, because its very difficult while my little son took a bath.
Also maybe add shower cap.
Overall it was very good stay in here.
Smooth check in and check out, no need cash deposit and all staff are very polite also friendly.

A good enough hotel, located not to far to toll access. Has a sizable parking lot which fills up fairly quickly, but offers decent outdoor alternatives for the guests. Standard facilities on the cheap for hotel rooms.

Just spent a night here for business trip. Bedroom was clean with good Wi-Fi and TV cable. Bathroom was also clean , complete with some amenities. Breakfast was ok, they don't serve meat beside chicken for porridge.

Room 902 : Clean (except there were dirts and dust under both beds) Comfortable, nice room. The neighboring room was noisy at night. Got twin bed (last room available), one bed was a little squeaky.

Room 700 : Clean (didn't check under the bed), Comfy, Room is smaller than 902, Could hear the AC compressors humming from the outside even when the AC in my room wasn't turned on.

General experience :
You only got one pair of slippers per room.
No electric pot for boiling water, there was one hot & cold water dispenser outside the room on each floor.
No complimentary coffee / tea / sugar.
No hair dryer in the bathroom.
Breakfast area on the 2nd floor was clean but the foods lack of variety and the taste was so-so.
There was a small kids play area on the rooftop, and outdoor small mini park, no cafe there.

Convenient and comfy hotel, but with an OKAY hospitality, even from the receptionist or the restaurant.

And I still found a bad drainage system, especially beside the Water Closet.

Others are good. Just what they should be.

A cozy family hotel with quick access to local markets and delicacies. The place is not too crowded and the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet. However the walls of rooms might be a little bit too thin.
