Located on Jalan Asia-Africa, the hotel is very nice, I love the place and the concept, the rooms are clean and specious. I had buffet in there and the food is up to mark. Western food was very delicious, the local dishes were also nice. The most important was the variety of dessert, too many choices and all were well served. The toilets are also very grandiose and clean. Just eat lah

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Jakarta and I've stayed at many. The atrium is superbly decorated and very comfortable. The moment you walked in you are hit with fragrance of Easter Lily scent. Softly and then ever more present.

Awesome this is beautiful hotel situated in a cool serene environment very close to downtown Jakarta is a home away from home. Adorned with beautiful restaurants and in house coffee shops. The food is excellent and people are very friendly.

Fine place to stay if you got ample disposable income. Too lavish and over the top interior for my liking, but some might find it a great spot for photo ops with many details and dramatic lighting in every corner. Service is excellent.

I have never spent a night in this hotel, but I have been several times for buffet. Their buffet has a wide rage of food, very fresh I am always super satisfied each time I dine here. The staff very friendly and great service.

The Cafe in Mulia is buffet with an extensive selection of quality food , great flavors and my favorite the sushi bar and the desert selection with over 60 plus different deserts very well presented, definitely a place to visit if you are in townnever been disappointed every time I go there

Very good hotel, Good choice of breakfast and good service. Clean room. Even manager is at front desk to make sure all good. My stay was very good and only small issue I faced. I will recommend this hotel to other and I will come again to check

Best hospitality, all the staffs is very welcoming, you can feel their sincerity from the moment you arrived.
Best linen. Fluffy blanket and very good bed. I had the sleep of my lyfe here.
Breakfast is excellent, wide variety, no. 1 quality foods and fruits (except for the tuna sashimi)

This is not even past my first night. The food is nice, the room pretty good, but the service for “smoker/people who smoking cigarettes” for the person who just want smoking not on bar, i had bad experience, one of the staff asked me to go to “Driver waiting room” in the parking lot. Is it applied for any guest?? To smoke on driver waiting room. Really??

Excellent high class hotel, often used for conferences and exhibitions. Centrally located, within 20 minute drive to some of the main Jakarta attractions such as the national monument and museums. The on site restaurants are great, especially the buffet selection at The Cafe and the Japanese restaurant.

Come to the pub, actually. And suddenly I found myself in one of the nicest club on Jakarta. Live music at the stage wonderfully performed and the cocktails are perfect. I'm an old styled; so my favorite are going back to Long Island, Singapore Sling, and Mojito And in Mulia, they are wonderful.

Something about Mulia Hotel is you always want to come back. I think is the respect and greeting that you recieve from the staffs its make you welcome.Even it and old hotel its well kept and clean also the restroom. I will surely recommend to everyone at least a visit.

Saturday July 29, My wife had a Birthday celebration at Bleu8 on the fifth floor. (At least three times a year we had party on one of the Mulia restaurants; table8, orient, the cafe) The food was standard okay but the Hotel staffs specifically Maurice and Alex, both are foreigners in charge for the restaurants? were inconsiderate to the level beyond acceptance and ruined the party. The place was empty we were the only customer, a table for about 15 people. First They told us to remove the flower arrangements on the table as they said we can not put anything on the table (the flower was a gift from one of the guest attending). Secondly, when we were about to have dinner, the whole room lighting was dimmed to a level of where we hardly can see what we were eating. They said it is the standard brightness. So stupid reason! It was a mistake to chose Mulia for the Birthday Party. Waste of money and stupid management policy!! If the restaurant was full of guest I would accept but We were the only guests!!! I never experience such issue in the past three years of birthday party. I think the above two names mentioned above need some good brain treatment of how to maintain customer.

Uber luxury. The hotel which stands out in Jakarta. Beautiful rooms over looking the golf course. Exciting and iconic restaurants best gym in the city. Awesome terrace bar. This hotel is above par.

Beautiful hotel with nice food. But the receptionist was not polite enough. Did not meet 5 stars standard. Not even smile when we did our room check in. But other staffs including house keeping was very nice. Hope the manager on duty could pay more attention on the front desk area as the front desk area is guess no 1 impression about a hotel.

Still one of the best 5-star hotels in Jakarta after all those years of operating, and of the best in service. Must try their buffet restaurants here, The Cafe and Table8, which are in my opinion are still among the best hotel-based buffet restaurants around. The facility and the ballroom are also still one of the best to date.

Great service and very nice rooms here. Fantastic stay here. One gripe though, they don't have ironing boards and irons, instead you have to call and get them to bring you a steamer which is not very effective

A huge hotel that deserves it's 5 Star rating. There are many food options, all of them expensive. There needs to be a mid-range option for food for people working out of the hotel. Very frustratingly, there is no ATM in the complex, you will need to bring cash as required if not using a CC. Very tight security, which some may find comforting. Would return.

Always be one of the favorite 5-stars hotel in Jakarta. Prime location, easy access, great banquet service (for real!). Their staffs also highly trained and very kind. Some fine restaurants inside the hotel such as Table 8, the cafe, etc.

This Luxurious Hotel is beloved by Business People from foreign countries and I find it so special especially for Rendezvous or dealing some business between the Big Wigs and government. For some Business people , It's like Market place for international dealing business. It's almost what you need are available there .And of course the Price for expenses very high
Location is easy to reach coz this hotel is in the heart of the City.

I came here to visit its restaurant for dinner. The food was great!
It offers Japanese (sushi, sashimi, soba, etc.), Indonesian, western, traditional food, good selection of ice cream, salad, and cake.

I was here for a wedding invitation. The food is awful, the corridor from the parking lot to the hotel lobby is dirty. The parking lot is a mess. A lot of worker sleep around at the parking lot. It feels like going into a slump than 5 star hotel.

It have degraded to 2 star hotel.

Pretty cool joint away from Jakarta's mad traffic. Breakfast restaurant is good. Nice fresh food. I like the chocolate store downstairs. Rooms are clean, modern with a slight bit of funk.

Was a little skeptical when I was coming to this hotel. Not tied to any international hotel chain- but came highly recommended. Was here for 3.5 days- business trip.
It was outstanding and awesome.
Porch: amazing reception. Folded hands, polite whisked to check-in

Check-in: was checked in within minutes. Very clear and precise. Liked the touch screen to check in. I realise touch screen is so passe, but have only seen it in one other hotel in south-east Asia (the Pullman in HKG)

Room: capacious, large and never ending. 2 double beds. Pretty well stocked mini-bar (for snacks- didn't check the drinks). Large cupboard. Excellent view of the golf course. The only thing I found lacking in the room was light- only 3 lamps- no overhead lighting. At night it is a bit tough

Washroom: amazing. Toto. Perfect. Large shower with the door opening on both sides- inside and outside- small touch but very convenient. Large bathtub which I didn't use

Food: at twice at the Italian restaurant. Breakfast at the Bleu8. Sat for hours at the café on the lobby level. The food and service was great everywhere. Unobtrusive service. The Italian restaurant especially was excellent. Great food and wine. Very helpful Maitre D'- Italian.

Check out: again a breeze.

Tried going to the spa- but was booked everytime I could go.

And the best feature: has free internet in the lobby area- perfect to have meetings

I rarely stay at the hotel, but have at least tried 3 different restaurants here: The Cafe, Edogin, and Table 8. All are amazing and are suitable for special occasions. They also give a pleasant service across the board.

I stay here at 10 floor for 2weeks in this month. I have a good view, swiming pool view. They give a surprise birthday cake cause when im there my partner have a birthday. Very nice to a complimentary a guest. Everything is excellent, perfect and nice!! They staff so friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping also did job so perfect. Laundry also good. Breakfast is nice and many choice not just indonesian food but any japanese food, hongkong meatballs, western food, fresh juice and all nice. They pastry so delicious and fresh. They have a big pool at 5 floor. They serve fresh juice or another bavarage and food also with charges of course. They have many and big lift also fast. The location close to go everywhere in central Jakarta or south Jakarta also close to west Jakarta and Airport. Totally no regret and perfect. Thank you mulia hotel and all staff ☺

One of leading hotels in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta. Great service, from the valet parking until the room. Delicious snacks are also available in the room. Highly recommended!
