Staff was friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was good and satisfying. It took a while to get here from the airport and back.

False marketing about airport hotel in Jakarta, it's the first thing that comes up on the page when you search for it. It's a 30-40 min drive, at least there is a free shuttle to pick you up and drop you off (you do have to call the hotel to pick you up which unfortunately took an hour for us to wait). You can tell the towels were once white and the swimming pool is turquoise. You may have one floppy pillow to deal with at night but at least the bathroom gets cleaned with water and the pool table has all the equipment to play with. P.s. they may forget which room you are in when you request for more toilet paper

This hotel located behind the airport which actually near but because Soekarno Hatta Int Airport is big reaching to this hotel may take more than 30 minutes. This hotel has chain in other country so the services is good, cleanliness also good and the staff also friendly and helpful when check in so no hassle. The is also car parking, swimming pool and restaurant inside. The bad thing is the location of the hotel when the guest want to go outside near the hotel it just empty with road and dark even this hotel on side the road. Overall its still convenient to stay in here if other hotels are on rise because the rate in this hotel is affordable with good facility

Located within walking distance to many malls. Taman Angrek and Central Park being the main ones. Very comfortable stay. Great amenities. Pool, Spa, restaurant, meeting rooms, gardens, ATM, security, room service apartments and rooms.

Its nice cheap hotel, nice modern Hotel, quite lonely place
Its hotel is Close to Cengkareng jakarta airport
but now acces is difficult and too far due M2 GATE is Closed now,
you will need time to acces airport , it can be more tha 1 hour to get to airport in normal hour.

Bathroom is poor, many plumbing is leaking.
Bedroom cover is good

The hotel has very friendly staffs, such as Zulfikar, an airport representative fetched us from and to the airport punctually and very helpful with our cargo and luggage handling and storage as at that time I had a loadful of items to take home to Malaysia.

They offered the pick-up service for the airport but no one showed up, even if they told us they would have come. We waisted an hour at the airport waiting for them after their confirmation. The room, for Indonesian standards, was a sufficient level. Wide variety of breakfast but awful.

The hotel facilities are excellent and the rooms are very nice. We had stayed in a few 5* hotels in Indonesia- but the breakfast at this hotel was our favourite. The manager Suleyman is excellent. Him and all the staff at the hotel were more than helpful and understanding. Excellent customer service.
