Good for those who seeks travelling around West Jakarta, not necessarily a backpacker lodge but not a high star hotel too, and good rate.

It's a nice hotel with good located, in front of Central Park. U just need to cross the busway bridge to reach CP or Mall Taman Anggrek. Last time i spend one night for 250k, included breakfast. U don't need to worry to looking for foods, because there are a lot of foods near the hotel.

Average!
I read lots of bad comments and was little bit worried before coming there.
But it was better than I'd expected.
Although they made us wait for about 10 minutes during check in (I think the room was not ready), the staff were nice.
Room size is average. Not too small as some reviewers said. We stayed in a superior room and there was enough space to move. The TV, internet and air conditioner were OK. The only thing I think they have to add is something like a stool to sit in front of TV (in case the guest wants to work or study on the table).
The room and bathroom were not perfectly cleaned. There was still some dust and even hair on the corners. And I found some spider web inside the wardrobe.
The bathroom was not different as well. Another negative point about the bathroom is the shower cabin. The I think the drain is full with dirt and the water accumulates inside cabin when you shower. This is annoying. Plus, there was no soap on the washbasin. But the room is not smelling bad. Overall: cleanliness should absolutely be improved.
There was always hot water in bathroom.
Again some other reviewers complain about towels but mine were not bad.
The breakfast menu is rich enough. But the food is not really delicious.
No need to talk about location, I think. You can't find this quality with this price in such a location. I think it is the best advantage of this hotel.

The room is quiet well. It's not too expensive. The WiFi is fast. I feel good there. But, the TV channel is limited.

Room
By the time I arrived, I got room number 219. There was no window or balcony. I can smell cigarette from my pillow and bed linen. The floor at the room and bathroom were still dirty and lots of hair. The rooms were quite small, the air conditioner was not cold. For standard type rooms there is no glass of electric water heater. You have to pay more if you want it. The inn does not provide a shower cap and hairdryer. The bathroom is cramped. There is warm water.
Location
Close to Central Park mall, Taman Anggrek Mall, and Neo soho. There are many local food vendors near the area around the hotel. There is a convenience store also near the hotel.
Food
When I lived there was provided breakfast of chicken with coconut milk, stir-fried broccoli, eggs, tofu tempe, white rice, soup, fried banana, sticky rice, bread and jam. Well, for budget friendly place, the food were modest and taste good.
Service
I give a plus for the housekeeper guy who works the shift of the night of October 20, a friendly and swift response to sweep, mop and replace my bed and pillow sheet that smells of cigarettes. Also housekeeper who worked the morning shift on October 21 which made my room neat and did all the request I gave.response / report this review -

A neat small hotel good for short trip to Jakarta and needed only for sleep. The facilities are limited but you still can find the coffee shop and small parking area. There are some options for food around the hotel but you can enjoy the online order also. It's a place that quite easy to be found by bike and motor cycle.
