Simply one of the best hotels to go in Jakarta. The service is excellent and the staff there are very well trained and friendly. It is also near an MRT Station for commutes. This hotel also emphasize great concern for security. All in all, BEST HOTEL I HAVE BEEN IN JAKARTA.

A quick review, I visited this hotel. And noticed something new. I realized that this hotel gives the best experience I have ever experienced. This place has been a favorite of my family and relatives. Especially the ones from AMERICA. They feel a sort of connection in a good way, and I felt that too. So, here I like their friendly staff and facilities that are family friendly. The restaurant is a great experience in my case and their ballroom is the best. With high ceilings and the biggest projector I have ever seen.

Best DoubleTree I have ever stayed in so far.

The best part is the swimming pool which is extended from the restaurant to the gym, which looks like a water features cum Swimming pool.

One may have the illusion of being in Bali instead of Jakarta.

Room has the same standard as other DoubleTree but the view overlooking the entrance from top is even more amazing!

Architecture design has intelligently included an interesting facade for customers, from the top.

If one doesn’t mind the traffic, this hotel would be a good choice within Jakarta!

Disconnected from crazy Jakarta. This is a great experience hotel. The Hilton Honours (their awards programme) is also very convenient and can bring down total costs to the level of hotels that are far from this category. The gym is very good. Swimming pool a joy, and the service outstanding!

The place is located in the centre of Jakarta yet it is quiet and pretty comfortable. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like staying here. Recommended!

Great location and services. Clean and big rooms, beautiful lobby with a lovely coffee shop for your morning breakfast, great breakfast choices at the buffet, big pool with lots of space to find some privacy and peace, few good options for dinner at the property, the only downside is a bar located on floor 3 full of kids and heavy smokers during the party hold at this place. Close to city center and shopping malls, and easy to get a taxi by the concierge.
Definitely recommend and is secure.

One of the best hotel around Jakarta, especially in center Jakarta. Great architecture, great ambience, big space, friendly staff and their services is outstanding. They have big and great swimming pool, and you can swim in there. Great place to get many great photos for your Instagram account. And the last, this hotel highly recommended for all of you. Amazing staff. Superb service and a very friendly atmosphere. Prepare to be greeted like a long awaited friend as you walk to the reception. Beds are comfortable with ample pillows. Breakfast at the restaurant is superb with a large selection. If you can afford it, the club lounge offers a great selection of canapés and a spectacular view of the Jakarta skyline - a great place to do some work or finish off the book you were reading.

Great experience while staying here. Been here for couple times for meetings and events. What makes it doesn't deserve a 5 star is simply their sales representative. Gym is 24/7, which is super great, and located in front of the pool (cool!). The pool itself doesn'r look like common hotel pool yet more to theme park. Breakfast, lunch, dinner have the same pattern, pretty much good. About the taste and variety, OK.

For the room, can't say a lot. About the same as other hotel.

Couldn't get any better than this. Service is awesome. Food at The Open is varied(Indonesian, Western and Asian)and delicious. All the staff are very courteous and able to converse in English. The rooms are immaculate. A safe and secure hotel too with cameras and security all over the place.

I stayed here a few times and DoubleTree by Hilton is definitely a gem in Jakarta.

The staff here definitely stand out for their friendly service. From the Manage to the concierge, all just happy to help you with anything and they exceptionally did great jobs. Especially, I would like to extend my sincerest thanks and appreciation to Ridwan - the Duty Manager who helped me on the issue regarding my Hilton Membership.

This is a relatively new hotel in Jakarta and it’s a great value for money. New modern stylish clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Once again this hotel is highly recommended to everyone! I'll come back again for sure!!

Had a two-day training sessions here but unfortunately didn't stay to spend the night. The highlight of this hotel is the restaurant. Plenty of delicious choices with lots of seating. The men and women behind in the kitchen sure know how to cook. Unfortunately, its meeting rooms and the coffee-break service were not great and the staff weren't attentive to our training needs.

Great experience here. The meal, pool, hospitality are outstanding. I never meet hotel with so much menu like this hotel. Meat-seafood, pasta, noodles, vegetarian menu, traditional cuisine. Restroom is clean and well fragranced. This hotel is also near to Cikini train Station. You can get it by walk from there

The location isn't very central but it is very cheap and easy to get around by taxi, so the hotel location doesn't really matter. Highly recommended.

We have a room on the 18th floor and it has a spectacular view. Love the decor of the rooms, and they have very comfortable beds. service is okay and the staff is friendly. Most Staff speak English. Breakfast spread is mostly south East Asian cuisine. Food here is good but I did not like the juices. For vegetarians, try their veg version of pizza - it's yummy. The location is good, quite close (walking distance) to the Metro station and public transportation is available right outside the hotel. Recommended for solo travelers and families alike.

Decent place. Wonderful interior. Comfy. Friendly service from the frontdesk up to their rooms. The welcome cookie is very much appreciated, it is big and served fresh from the oven and even we can ask for 1 more when we are there. They've got a little horse for children to ride on.

The food selection was great and the room also nice although a little bit small. Thoughtful landscape design makes the view a little bit pleasing considering that the hotel was located in not so tidy part of jakarta (read: slums)
