This review is for the spa at Tungung Mass. best massage I have ever received. Hands down. Ask for Iluh, she’s incredible!! And very reasonably priced, only 10,000 rph for an hour! Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay here. So much so that we returned 3 times in the course of our 3 week stay in Ubud. The staff are really friendly and helpful (shout-out to Gede the driver for helping us find lots of cool things to see and do), the rooms are, for the price, fantastic value and even though it’s in central Ubud you’d never know as, from our room, you can’t hear the traffic or any other outside noises. Would love to stay here when we next visit.
Good parking too, the pools looked lovely and the decor was delightful.response / report this review -

Best place in the middle of Ubud city with clean and spacious rooms.
The food available in the hotel is sumptuous.
The staff are very friendly and helping.
We went along with our 1yr baby and they shared their kitchen space for making baby food and also hinted us on their Balinese food preparation for infants. It was a wonderful experience.
Ubud monkey forest is at walkable distance from the hotel and staff helped us in renting motorbike at low cost (50 K).
We found shopping near this place (Ubud monkey forest lane) cheap compared to Ubud market.response / report this review -

The WiFi was nonexistent. I had no WiFi during my 3 night stay. They told me to use the WiFi in the lobby which was very inconvenient. The room was extremely dirty. Mold in the bathroom and on the walls. The bathroom smelled terrible from the dirty water that came out of the shower head. The staff was nice but I would never stay here again because of how gross the room was.

Lovely atmosphere, with beautifully tended gardens and a much needed pool after a day of shopping in Ubud. With a reasonable price (~US$30-40 per night) and amazing staff, I'll never need another place to stay when visiting Ubud. Favorite hotel in Indonesia.

Pools and gardens are beautiful. Scooter rental is convenient. Staff is friendly. Most everything in the room is water stained. Views are pretty. Convenient location. AC. Weak WiFi in the back of the property.
