Although a very good location bin the heart of Seminyak, the Hotel is run down and needs an upgrade. Breakfast was limited and the service could be better

Love the place. We stayed for 6 nights in a deluxe villaextra large bed and additional large "day bed". Room very spaciousit was on the upper level and it has a balconybeautiful oasis in the middle of Seminyak chaos. Lovely poolnice buffet breakfastroom service and lovely, always smiling staff. Bed not so comfortable bit to hard for my liking. Safe available in the wardrobeRestaurant bit overpriced for the food selection and quality. Pool open til 11pm. Have not seen a single mosquito and maybe 2 flies max. They regularly spray for insects around he plants. There is a beauty salon60 min deep tissue massage only $22 australian and just to add there are squirrels in the trees and different species of birds around singing lovely songs in the morningoverall, great experience

OK, clean and very comfy. Nice rooms, large pool and helpful, friendly staff. Outside bathroom was a great but slightly not really as private as it could have been!

It's not really the kind of place you go to if you're looking for luxury, but if you just need a bed to sleep in in a great location with some really friendly staff, this is where you should stay. Also keep in mind the breakfast isn't even that good.

We stayed here for 5 days and we chose the deluxe cabin.
The surroundings are beautiful and you don't sense the busy street just outside the area.
We would return here.

Great relaxed villa style hotel with a fantastic pool and swim up bar. Buffet breakfast has great variety and food quality is an A plus. Grounds are beautiful and give you those well needed tropical vibes. Central and close to massage spas, restaurants and shops.

Good value accommodation. Friendly staff. Fun atmosphere. Swim up pool bar, complementary massage for guests. Small playground for young kids. Awesome pool area. Pool table.

I stayed in a deluxe room which was very large, clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely but there aren't enough sun loungers for everyone. The food in the hotel is very poor though so be prepared to go out of the hotel to eat. For a 4* hotel, I expected more from the restaurant. As you need to go out to eat, the location of the hotel isn't the best as you'd have to walk/taxi to the main restaurant area.

Im giving this hotel two stars for the location and size of the pool only. The food is not very good and personally think is overpriced for the quality. The bathrooms and the towels are literally hostel quality and in serious need of an update - the towels are grey and the bathroom plug was blocked. The bed is comfortable though. They staff seem to move quicker when they have your bill to sign for than they do when they are serving you but overall they are pleasant enough. My partner and I stayed here because its quiet only to find out the day before we need to get up for the airport (5am) they have a band playing that may as well be in your room until 10pm. Its so loud!! No consideration whatsoever for other guests!! Less than impressed. Also swimming pool chlorine is too high and tinted some of my hair green!!! Id shop around before staying here. Wont be coming back or recommending.

Okay place to stay, Its dated could use a freshen up! Comfortable bed and pillows. Pool was beautiful. Responsive staff. Nice buffet breakfast. Bathroom clean was below average needed a good scrub. towels were no longer white they were an old off white colour I wore thongs in the shower. Air conditioner broke down (was fixed but constantly dripped water on the floor.) What ever you do, DO NOT GET YOUR LAUNDRY WASHED THROUGH this HOTEL. IT COST US $85AUD. This was a major RIP off!! Outside LAUNDRY cost $10AUD.

Beautiful Balinese decor throughout the resort. Very clean. Large size of pool and pool bar has great selection of drinks. Staff are knowledgeable & friendly. Breakfast buffet serves extensive selections of a both Indonesian & western food. Quiet place but has everything.

The hotel is nice - we were in a deluxe suite. It was starting to feel a bit old. Location is about a 10 minute walk from town. I would stay here again, as it was nice feeling a bit removed from it all.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed in the ground floor bungalow which was very nice and perfect for a couple. One of the girls, Asti, was just wonderful. She was so sweet and loved to chat to us and help us with anything we needed. All the guests were commenting on how lovely she is! The pool area is really nice and quiet (we stayed in March) so we always got a bed. The staff are all really friendly and the rooms clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful gardens, fabulous pool & wet bar. Very friendly staff who will go out of their way to assist in any way. Tranquility guaranteed with superb massages & spa treatments at very affordable prices. Fresh breakfasts in a lush garden/pool setting. Couldn't afford to do the same at home! 5 mins. to sublime eateries, very safety conscious.
