Nice resort, great location. Staff are very polite and accommodate your every need. Smaller resort so not too many people around. Smaller pool for young children and decent size pool with swim up bar.

Ordered the fish hoping for a nice succulent piece but instead received a small deep fried piece. Disappointed. Kids loved their pizzas great with those.

Clean and tidy. No hot breakfast buffet( maybe because quiet)
Pool closed at night and not clear water. Very old, looks nothing like the internet. No night lights over pool as in pictures.
Great location.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Lovely pool & pool bar. Rooms are tired. Stayed in a family room for one night facing the road & the music from restratunt/bar across the road was horrendous. Absolutely no chance of getting ANY sleep until they closed around 12. Pretty disappointing not to mention frustrating.

Great place. Very central to some great places to eat and shop and just a quick walk to the beach. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff. Great pool to spend the day relaxing at. The little spa offers some great treatments too. The food and cocktails are amazing. Breakfast could do with some improving but everything else is yummy

We love that it is a smaller hotel and each year the same friendly faces greet us like returning friends. Although I love the place, I'm glad to see refurbishment started as some of the rooms were showing their age and I'd hate for this hotel to suffer from costomers going elsewhere.
You seriously NEED MORE POOL BEDS. It is the one thing that irritates all visitors as we come here to relax. And it would increase sales of drinks and food by the pool.
You have a wonderful team of staff who are not only efficient and so friendly but also seem to enjoy working here. I cant praise them enough. They really are the deciding factor when I'm deciding where to stay when I come to Bali. Ayu in particular has become very dear to us , and others I've noticed, she really is a credit to your team.response / report this review -

Lovely hotel, great location close to beach, shops, massage, restaurants etc. The staff are friendly, great clean rooms, excellent air con in rooms, small hotel overall, awesome pool & pool bar, variety at breakfast was nice but limited. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall I would not return. The bathrooms really need to be re done. The shower bath floor is disgusting. The breakfast has hardly any options and they offer you a free dinner, which we thought was great until we walked in and they told us we had 2 options either a seafood dish or a rice dish. And drinks were not included in this. Details should be written on the voucher so you know what your in for. The pool area is only open until 10pm so no late night dips in the pool.
