Situated in Kuta, Bali. Very accomodating, friendly staff. In walking distance of malls, water park and beautiful beaches (where you can get some surfing lessons). Rent a scooter from the locals and do some exploring!

Good location, nice swimming pool although small, small room, average breakfast. But the air conditioner (AC) in trouble I read the previous review and lot of complain about air conditioner. It is unbeliavable the hotel not care and not fix this problem

I will make a review outside of the room service because i visited it just for lunch and observed some hotel's interiors. I ordered BBQ chicken pizza and Black Hungry Burger (you can see the black bun over there) the food taste is great and comes with a affordable price too, which is mean if you are planning to have a vacation in bali especially kuta and make a room reservation here, I recommend you to have your meals (B.L.D) here so that you don't have to make your way out of there to buy meals. The staff also have very humble attitude. I just want to say "you won't regret it" 😊🌷

This hotel kind of cozy hotel in central of kuta. Clean non smoking room and good pool. I stay here for 5 nites and they also provide indian food as well with standby chef in the breakfast area.

Phone not working in the room on the first nightbad damp smell in the room for the 2 nights that we stayed there. The so called pool view not fully visible and unable to open the balcony window. Couldn't even stand on the balcony it was just a decoration not functional.
The staff were super friendly and helpful 👍👍👍
They allowed us to use their printers and computers for free to print off our travel documents. They also gave us a good deal to check out late as our flight to Melbourne was delayed.
Security were awesome we always felt safe.
The hotel had a lovely buffet breakfast everyday and I loved being able to try the traditional local food huge variety of foods😋

*Needs upgrading in the rooms especially AC. We had a built in old fashioned fan unit which made too much noise especially at night and there was a smoke smell which came through the vents and mixed with the damp 😷.
We also paid and booked through the Hotel for our airport transfer but I was surprised when I asked the driver if we had to pay and he said yes. I showed him our receipt then got out of the car and called over one of the staff who was at the desk when I paid. He spoke to the driver who then told me it was ok and I didn't need to pay him. Hmmmm😯

*Be careful going to this place hold on to your receipts and trust no one unless they actually work there.

It's a good hotel in the heart of Kuta. The pool area is quite nice. Rooms with pool view would be a better option. Breakfast options are decent. Staff is friendly and helping. The spa (Jasmine Spa) is really good. Shouldn't miss that.

Location is good. Near airport. quiet. Price is good. Clean bed. Perfect business hotel. looks like a Chinese owner. There are a lot of Chinese people. Small room. General pool. some of room cannot open the windows. Balcony is too narrow.

The hotel's usp is its location , which is in close proximity to Discovery mall, Lippo mall and Kuta beach . There are plenty of restaurants including Indian and seafood restaurants. There are plenty of spa money changers, tour operators and souvenir shops in the vicinity too. The rooms , however , are very small and basic. There are no drawers in superior rooms . The breakfast , lunch and dinner menu is very limited , which needs improvement . Wifi is terrible and it seems despite this being pointed out on internet reviews by many other visitors , the connectivity has not improved. The staff are very courteous and cooperative. A special mention to Yunita , who is always ready to help and has a beautiful smile.

Rooms have no sound proofing so you can't get any sleep. You can hear footsteps echoing through your floor from outside and it's really loud, loud enough to wake you up. They also play weird music from 6.30am which you can hear from your room which wakes you up. Basically you cannot sleep here. Food is terrible also so I wouldn't bother paying extra for breakfast. Towels also smell of pool water and had stains. Bed sheets weren't changed daily. I couldn't wait to check out

Grand Ixora hotel is located close to the beach and the airport. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice and helpful. We had some ants in our bed so the staff immediately gave us another room. I highly recommend Ixora hotel as a great value for the price.

I dont like the bed quality .. it was like a sleeping in a rock . hotel room was damp. we had to move to other room because toilet was broken. very nice swimming pool ,, nice service and staff.

This place is the best hotel if you are looking for a good quality accommodation for a reasonable price. Hotel has Rp 70,000 continental breakfast so, no need to go out looking for good place to eat. It's a all you can eat.
Tips -
Hotel will arrange a airport pickup for a very reasonable price. Never trust the taxies outside. Ask for Budi, he's the best guys for that.
Always use free two bottles of water in the washroom for drinking. Tap water is not suitable for drinking. Staff will replace them every day.
Use the front counter for booking all your leisure activities. Trust me, the lady at the front of the reception (separate desk) got the best deals for you. She will hook you up with free bothways transportation too. I went straight to the beach thinking I can get a better deal. Came back straight.. Lol

Don't be cheap, tip the staff even its few thousand Rps. Have fun

We stayed there in two occasions. Location of the hotel is very good. From the airport only 25 minutes. Close to LIPPO Mall Kuta and within 5 minutes walk you can have lots of restaurants and cafes.

A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. In those two occassions when we reached there the staff politely served us with two cold welcome drinks. Reasonably priced wonderful room, comfortable, cleaned often. Nice swimming pool. The breakfasts we had were good. however, should improve more varieties.

Excellent food! Especially the chef recommendations. Service is fast, friendly and efficient. Rooms are nice and spacious are very well maintained. Prices are also very good for all services and environment. However, lacking in facilities, it makes up for it with nearby convenience stores open 24/7, and many activity booking around the area for the best prices. Swimming pool is usually used by many, but who swims in the swimming pool when in bali? Go to the nearby Water park, Waterbom. Fun with many slides for different ages and different capabilities. Food is also no issue. Around the area, there are many places to eat. Indian food, Western food, Indonesian food, can all be found near the hotel. Many malls can also be found near here. Discovery, lippomall, beachwalk are all malls in walkable distances, street shops are also found near these places. I highly recommend this hotel and I rate it 10/10.
