We did a 2.5hour spa in a couple room and although it was pricier compared to other spas around, it was really worth every cent. The room was beautiful and the masseuse were professional and really helped us relax. :) would definitely go back, however remember to make an appointment especially on fri-sun

Probably the best foot massage I've ever had in my life. Cannot recommend enough. Definitely go if you like massage and are in the area.

Very clean and professional spa in downtown Batam. Definitely worth checking out for a relaxing and soothing spa day. Their spa section is incredible, it even has jacuzzis! Will definitely come back with my wifey again :)

I can say that one of the best spa in town. Love the ambiance which is clean, relax and cozy. Air condition is not like other spa just nice to relax. I love hot stone massage. Will come back again. Highly recommend.

Was there last night, I did enjoy myself and it's very relaxing. Only thing here it's their pricing, it's kinda expensive but you pay what you get. The therapy package I got was starting with aroma oil massage, then body scrub. Afterwards a steam room then apply yogurt to full body and end with a Jacuzzi bath. Total 2 1/2 hour, cost 1.2 mil rupiah. Overall, staffs are very friendly and the spa is very clean and ambience is quite nice.

My 2nd time coming to this place, but my first time trying their 2 1/2 hour traditional spa.
My body looks so shinny after the session.
Should say that the overall experience is not bad, but they spent too much time on the spa. I think that more time should be allocated to the massage part (only less than an hour was spent on the massaging ), so that the overall experience can be even better.response / report this review -

At first i was sceptical about even trying their massages due to the bad experience i had in desaru.Bt i made the right choice when i chose the Aromatic Quick Spa. I felt so rest & relax with all the service that comes in the package. It was a great experience. I enjoyed it very much. It is a great place to unwind from a busy hectic days. Excellent 👍👍👍

Highly rated by google and tripadvisor. It lives up to its reputation, even though i'm perhaps not 1 to talk abt spa. 1st and 1 of the best experiences of spa. I took up traditional spa. A package that has foot bath, massage, body scrub, spa, and jaccuzi. W complementary drinks (not refering to the usual tea you get after a massage. There's a mini drink bar at the reception), body salt and body soap.

One of best spa in batam and its No 2 by trip advisor, very near to nagoya shopping centre. Spa is quite expensive yet it service and atmosphere is realy gud..

The ambience is nice but my masseuse wasn't great. She applied little to no pressure, a mere spreading of oil. As she couldn't understand English I suppose, she didn't adjust pressure when requested and did not communicate when exposing my body during the massage. It was weird. When facing down, the use of a cushion was unusual, and inappropriately high and uncomfortable, but was removed when requested. Definitely over-rated in my opinion.

The spa is nice inside. My massage therapist was grumpy with no personality. The massage itself was painful and the therapist didn't adjust her pressure even though it was obvious I wasn't enjoying it.

Been here a few times. An excellent place for spa. The place can be rather full, so make your reservation online or drop them a call to avoid disappointment.
