Close to Kuta beach and has an Super mart in front. Good resort with decent service. Shuttle service is also available. Resort, including pool is well maintained. They serve International breakfast. Vegetarians may have selective options.

The property is good. Close to Kits beach and 15 mins from the airport. The front desk staff should be trained to handle guests especially senior citizens better.

Today is our last day of a 10 day stay ..we have had a great time.. staff very friendly..breakfast has something for everyone..rooms are clean ..love the pool
I cant find any fault..we fly out 1020 tonight so we have paid a small fee to check out at 6pm.we will be back

Great relaxing Hotel. 24 hours Airport transfer. Very close to the Airport. No worries to catch any flights. Make sure you try the pizza. Very delish!

It was one of the better resorts i have seen.
The staff is courteous and friendly.
The room was spacious with comfortable beds and sitting options. The bathroom was clean and maintained.
Pool was the main area of recreation had many options like a large chess board, darts etc.
Being Indian means Vegetarian food is required. Which was a definite let down. Some Vegetarian options actually contained egg. But then they shouldn't have been called Vegetarian at first place. Other Vegetarian Indian options were also balanese in taste. No where near to Indian. Considering huge number of Indian tourists present.
While in house food menu contained Indian options i would recommend against it.
Rates were reasonable though compared to market. Beach is hardly 2 minute walk.
A mini mart is just outside to get some daily need items.
Overall a pleasurable experience minus the food

It's a good hotel.. Good breakfast and decent rooms.. Though the WiFi is free, it cuts all the time. The spa isn't very good. We went for a 3 hour massage that was on special. During the time, I caught one of the masseuse winding the clock in the room. I compared the time on the clock to my phone and it was 10 minutes ahead - not very professional!!

Risata was amazing. The rooms are good, with a lovely balcony. Breakfast is a great buffet, included with our stay. We got an hour massage at the spa but you could probably get cheaper elsewhere. It's close to the "strip" of restaurants and bars so location was good. Very close to the airport, walkable in around 15 mins if you can navigate. All the taxis charge $10 for a 5 min drive.

Risata bali resort and spa is nicest of the hotels in bali with all amenities available. Big rooms with balcony and pool makes it value for money option if you wish to visit kuta.

Resort has its own world class spa service available. It takes 2-3 minutes to access beach and luke mall is on just the back side of resort. Indian restaurants like Ganesha and Queens of India is on walking distance. Overall recommended for a comfortable stay.

Excellent resort with best service and accommodation. Alacarte Food is not suitable for Indians. Had very bad experience with food, with no taste and too costly. Morning buffet is decent. Should look for food outside the resort if you are an Indian. Otherwise it is a very good place to chill out.

Gorgeous staff, couldn't have been more accomodating when my mum broke her arm and I needed lifts to and from the local hospital. We were also gifted a fruit basket and all the staff were always checking on us. Good restaurant, lovely pool area and close to the main strip of shopping!

Brilliant accommodation, family atmosphere, very friendly staff, some of whom have been here for ten years+. I first visited Risata in 2002 and have come back every 2-3 years ever since. I've had mixed experiences with other accommodation in Bali and have always returned to Risata. Considering the lower quality "backpackers" for $30/nt or the $150/nt Taj Mahal (*very* mahal), I feel that Risata is the best value for money on the island, and close to everything you will need (5 mins to nightlife, 100m to 24hr shopping, 200m walk to Lippo Mall, grocery store, Discovery mall etc). Daily room clean, fresh linen, free water, super fast wifi (1Mbs-download/5Mbs-upload), free wifi in lobby, pool and restaurant. Beer or food may be cheaper elsewhere (it *IS* a resort, after all), however, you can buy $2 beers and food 24hrs/day at the 7/11 (Circle-K or Indomart) without walking across a road. We LOVE Risata and will be back many times.

Forced to wait 5 hours for my "deluxe" room, turns out the difference from standard is a bigger bed. That's it.
Most expensive beers I've come across in 3 weeks and that's during their so-called happy hour at 25% off (60.000rph).
Room service came knocking on my door at 8am. Am I not allowed to sleep in at this hotel?
After demanding recompense (previous guest had been sick in the room, stunk of disinfectant afterward), offered dinner. With "special" menus, half of the most expensive items taken out. And still had to pay for non-alcoholic drinks.
Nice food, but over-priced. Friendly staff, but a bit clueless.
Very old hotel, very rundown. Mouldy plastic shower curtains, an extraction fan that does nothing, noisy aircon, with a joke of a "balcony".
