Good hotel..the room was not quite big but clean. The pool was nice and have kids pool. Too bad when we stayed there the 11th floor just finished repainted the walls..so the smell from the paint still quite strong.

The hotel is located just beside Lotte Mart and the room is very neat and comfortable to stay. The only downside I would say is probably the breakfast offering is subpar. Other than that, worth the stay in here.

Went there as a transit place for a cousin's wedding, and stayed for a day and a night, so maybe not much to tell.
The hotel room, if I described it correctly, is closer to an apartment with three bedroom: one with a double bed (with a bathroom), and the other with two singles. A bathroom is available for share in the unit. It also consists of a living area, dining table for six, and a pantry-like area. In the latter area, there is a refrigerator (with small freezing compartment), a microwave oven, and a dust bin of small size. The staff will come and clean the room at around 13h (1 pm) by default.
I found the shared bathroom (shower room) is not designed very well to me. The shower unit has neither door nor curtain which would easily cause puddles. It defeats the purpose of dry bathroom the designers apparently would like to achieve, as proven by the choice of toilet paper installation instead of jet shower. A plus point, however, goes for the hairdryer in the bathroom.
The hotel observes an irrational floor numbering (skipping floor no. 4 and 13, at least). Three elevators (one of which is a service elevator are available. And finally, free parking (3 vehicles per room) is available upon request at the front desk.response / report this review -

service is so so, you need to waited around 1-2 hours in high season to get your room. their standard room quite small, so get the deluxe one, or if you bring little children, gwt the premiere one. for family, get the family suite, its nice and you can get along there since its spacious and wide.

Nice hotel and nice room too. Breakfast is good, with variation of food. On agoda there's no information about bathroom, but when u come to front desk, they will offer u, if u want bath tub or standing shower kind of bathroom. Check in process is fast and simple.
Swimming pool is available, but if u not so good for swimming, better u prepare your safety swimming tool, coz hotel not provide any. The pool has 1.35 meters depth, and one pool for kid. The big pool only have one leader.response / report this review -

stay at this hotel for wedding accommodation. room was small, there was only 3 elevators available for the entire 20something floor, breakfast was standard, pool was small and the hotel had thiefs inside. my mom lost her jewelry, reported to the hotel and they did not have good intention of helping to find the thief. NOT reccommended!

Ich war bisher zweimal in diesem Hotel. Das erste Mal hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Hier gab es nur auszusetzen, dass ich ein Twin Bettzimmer anstatt eines Kung Size Nettes bekommen habe. Dieses Mal wieder dasselbe. Leider war der AC kaputt und es kam Wasser heraus. Auch gibt es zu wenig Fahrstühle. Der Service ist gut und das Frühstück lecker

One of a best 4 star hotel located North Jakarta. Located near MOI, Artha Gading Mall, lottemart and other big supermarket. Also near paladian park and hospital. The traffic can go both ways.
The breakfast was good and complete, the bedroom have nice view and a nice scent, very clean room n bedsheet. And need only about 30mins to Halim Airport and about 1hr to Soekarno Hatta airport.response / report this review -

Hotel is good.. but the breakfast not good for example if one of kind of food finish they didn't refill. And also they should have international food for breakfast. The lift only 3 and the hotel have so many visitors.. any way the hotel is very good and comfortable. The stuffes are so kind,lovely,helpaful.

We booked 2 rooms for ied holiday for family vacation. We decided to book it from grand whiz website rather than any other hotel search engine apps. As grand whiz hotel offer better variety of rooms.
However we have some of critic to the hotel management :
1. Website grand whiz need some improvement on their process of booking. It is not user friendly and lack of payment options.
2. As we have difficulities to book. We have tried to pay with credit card but it doesnt approved by hotel for some of credit card (mastercard). And finally we made it to cc payment (visa). However my booked with approved payment and unapproved payment. Receptionist can not find our approved booking. It takes them half hour to check and need me to verify by message from my credit card bank to assure that we have pay that booking. Really such a dissapointment.
3. After the book is confirmed by the front desk named Anin as far as i remembered. They told us to wait as their room not ready. And it is 12.30pm btw. She can not confirmed how long do we have to wait. ( she just said in bahasa "iya sebentar ya bu".
4. After she told us to wait. We decided to eat and come back to hotel by 3.00 pm but the room HAVENT ready yet.
And we can not get the non smoking room with the same floor for both room we booked.
5. As u may see the bathroom. It is not private if we didnt stay with family. We can peek inside the bathroom.
6. And this is my second night to stay. We asked to clean the room. 11 floor but the room services did not close the door properly. So any Outsider can go in to our room. Fortunately we didnt see any material things is gone.
Surely, this experience makes us learn something from GREAT Grand Whiz.

Low quality facilities for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast and lunch are just OK, but I rather walk to Mall of Indonesia for dinner because the menu is just a no.

They definitely need to renew their lift, for a more than 20 fl hotel, we need to wait about 15 minutes just to get a lift. Wasting time.
They only have 3 lifts, 2 for guest and 1 for service which also be used for guess. Unfortunately the service lift was worse, sometimes they just dead suddenly or the door won't open.
The room? Quite small for 4 stars hotel. Comfy bed, but the pillow was bad.
Breakfast? For 4 stars hotel, their breakfast was disappointing.

Good value.
Took a couple of goes to accept my credit card.
WiFi on the whole ok not consistant either fast or painfully slow.
Elevators take a long time which was annoying.
Breakfast pretty good buffet style with plenty of choice for all.
Not far from MOI mall and right next door to Lotte Mart supermarket.
My room haf adjoining doors and could hear people talking in next room not great sound proofing.

It was great experience to stay a week in Grand Whiz, the room well organized, the room service was fast, and the food very delicious.
The location was strategic. It takes 10 minutes to go out (shortcut) and shop in Lottemart.
