I was there one night for a business trip. In overall it was Good experience; the room was nice, the bathroom was clean, the service is responsive, the staff are warm; the breakfast was also Ok.
Unfortunately for me, the TV was awful. You have very limited option for channels, that if the signal was strong enough (that’s right, no cable quality here folks). Also the internet connection was also bad. You can connect alright, but that’s about it, download is out of the window.
But the positive sides outweighted the bad ones.response / report this review -

nice hotel, good and complete facility, strategic location. they have bar and live music, 24 hour spa, kids corner, gym, and pool. the pool was at the new building, but the my room was at the old building. the only elevator was locate right infront the lobby. it would be nice to have other lift or escalator where i don't have to be seen from the lobby and front door after i swim and all wet.
my recommendation is to book the honeymoon suite coz they have whirlpool jacuzzi right at the veranda (its indoor but got huge glass window where you could enjoy the city view or the sky).response / report this review -

Luxton hotel has been my favourite hotel over the years. I used to be a regular. Well recommended hotel with now added swimming pool on the new extension tower on 3rd floor with gymn.
The price is reasonable but need to constant watchout on the service on the individual toilet facilities, hot water on certain room was not working properly and the shower head also. Breakfast could improve further.
Overall still worth staying. Success to Luxton
The front desk and the lobby bar tender was given excellent service. Keep up the good work.

One of the best hotel i ever stay at for this price range or even higher. Room is very big. Bed is bigger than king size. Ceiling to floor window. The lighting just right. Staff is friendly. Love this hotel.

Have a night at Honeymoon Suite with my babe, and we love the Room & private whirlpool setting. Too bad the cleanliness of curtains and whirlpool were not as awesome as it looked like.
Housekeeping were very responsive, we asked assistance to clean the whirlpool and changing sheets without hassles.

1st time stay here. A very nice hotel in its class. It has an indoor swimming pool but unfortunately, the water temperature is too cold to swim. I suggest the management to set up a heater inside the pool or else it'll become an accessory & no guest will use the pool. The car park is also limited. Have to improve.

I've visited several hotel in Bandung from 3 to 4 stars, and I think this hotel is the best among its class. The deluxe room is so wide and has a good condition due to it newly open.
The facilities are also complete such as restaurants, meeting rooms, and fitness centre also huge and accompanied by pool.
The reason why I didn't give 4 star were only because of narrow place of parking area, and shortage of variety of breakfast menu.response / report this review -

Toilet curtain so dirty, parking limited, Breakfast below standard and not recommended for family who bring kids if they want to have breakfast, because they will charge 70 k just for little kids even if kids only have 1 piece of bread and a glass of water.

I just can't wait to rate this hotel. We are currently staying at the luxton in the weekdays for vacation and got the room in the bew building. It is central but quiet! The room is quite big! Love the empty space (hallway) between old and new buildings. Best part is the food Both breakfast and dining are delicious 😃😃😃

Good place, but very crowded in the evening at weekend. Modern furnished hotel. If you want hair dryer you can ask the hotel for free. If the hotel full you can ask valley for free because limited parking area.

The room is comfortable and the service is good. What I love the most about this hotel is the food. The food served here has a good quality and not so expensive. The buffet breakfast and buffet lunch is a must try. From appetizer to dessert, you will not be disappointed.
