Phantastic place with nice garden and short jungle trip across a hanging bridge. Rooms are ok. Breakfast complete. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideal for relax!

Perfect place for holiday and gathering with family. So instagram-able. They have various kind of room and resort, with affordable price. Make sure you try the pool because the view is soo beautiful! Breakfast is also good.

Sebelumnya saya belum pernah menulis review yang buruk untuk hotel, tapi ini penting disampaikan untuk kemajuan hotel.
Saya sebelumnya memesan dua kamar type deluxe melalui traveloka untuk tanggal 19-20 agustus 2017. Saya bertujuan menghabiskan akhir pekan dengan orang tua saya disana.
saya checkin pukul 17.00 dan diantarkan oleh staff hotel ke kamar yang kami pesan. Posisi kamar dekat dengan parkir kendaraan. Besok nya setelah berkeliling saya mendapati bahwa type kamar yang kami tempati ternyata type superior (1 type di bawah deluxe).
Setelah itu saya langsung complain, dan meminta pertanggung jawaban kompensasi, tetapi pihak hotel tidak dapat mengembalikan uang saya, dan di ganti dengan makan siang.
Sebenarnya saya ingin ketemu manager nya, tetapi staff nya bilang manager tidak bisa datang karena sakit.
Pertanyaannya, bagaimana bisa anda menginap di type kamar berbeda dengan kamar ya anda pesan.?

I stayed in room with river view, without fan and air conditioning,but the air is cool, i didn't get hot or cold. The sound of the river flow is so relaxing.

I booked 2 rooms Superior Garden View at this resort. It was nice resort. The room was simple but it was comfortable enough. The bathroom has classic (nature) style. The breakfast was ok. The staff was nice. Just try to look around to back yard hotel, you can find a hanging bridge. It has good view here. Some guests brought their pets here. The pool was good. It is a right resort to bring your family. The location is also strategic, because it is not far from Kampung Gajah and Kampung Daun.

Very far from Bandung city. The road to the cottage is far and away dangerous because at night the light is not much. The food (in the restaurant) is that's all. However, the side dishes at breakfast are numerous. What I liked best was the pudding because it was soft and not too sweet. And the place is so instagramabble! No aircon, okay the place is on the hills and when night comes the air is cold but in the morning it's pretty hot The food is okay, a little overpriced and the place is near many attraction/activity in the area.

Nice place. It's located on higher ground so the air is fresh and cool. No need for air conditioner in the room. The place is quite big and has nice spots to take photos. It also has a wedding chapel, suitable to have a wedding reception.

The place shows its age but it's well maintaned. Kid-friendly place with lots of activities, and also instagrammable spots. The swimming pool is not large enough. And unfortunately "smoke-free" environment for most visitors means free to smoke and it gets crowded on long weekends or holiday season

I love this resort! The view is freakin good! The place is also comfy and with all the other staffs. But there's one thing i've got to say. It is that the service is quite slow. But overrall, good. For one thing this hotel is famous for its swinging bridge with a good sight of the forest behind it , many people loved photo in there!

The outdoor is great. There is a largr green field with an unique building. A swiming pool also nice although small.

Nice resort. Breakfast included was ok, more suited to Asian dining than Western food. Room view in the presidential suite was awesome. Restaurant food at night was average. Staff were all friendly and polite. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I was booked on superior room, all good, clean room, standard room size, bathroom is ok. But the wifi didn't work, at all. Superb scenery, great fresh air. Swimming pool quite small with 1,1m depth. There is a chapel that we can use for wedding party, this is pretty cool. Overall, one of recommended hotel around Lembang area.

Good place. Clean air, the room have balcony. Green atmosphere. There is a small waterfall at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of good spot for taking pictures. Its very relaxing staying at this hotel.

Relaxing place, have some types of room that good for family with kids or couple (They have nice family room with comfy bed). Fine to just stay around even without Wi-Fi (which they have but needs to improve), or you can go to kampung daun, sapu lidi or jendela alam nearby.

Pros:
- great nature view!
- nice breakfast
- spacious room and bathroom (bathroom has bath tub in cottage room)
- nice balcony
- comfy bed
- has some adventurous playground
Cons:
- wifi somehow couldn't reach my room (so I used my network data plan)
- a bit difficult to open door using key card

Read about the noise if hotel booked by corporate. Yeah lucky me, it was quite weekend.
I found glass in my room like been used. Picture attached.

Garden restaurant and resort, children playground.
A garden resto with waterfalls, playground, gazebo, garden and arts. The food is quite varied, taste is ok, only that many items are not available. A coffee bean sellers from Papua is offering many kinds of coffee from Irian, which is interesting.
Food is ok and price is moderate.
The concept was ok decades ago, but with current competition and new ideas, this place (and idea) looks old and obsolete as a family entertainment destination. For older customers, this place is quieter that the unbelievably hectic Dusun Bambu and other similar destinations.

Pretty decent 3-star hotel with a cozy and green-ish view. All around good, however lack of in-room wifi and phone. Wait, who needs wifi when you had a good view to enjoy with?
