It's an affordable 4 stars hotel, the room was okay nothing outstanding, breakfast was average, it has a small pool. It's near Rumah Mode factory outlet and Setiabudhi Supermarket which were great for shopper.

The service of this hotel is quite ok. The food is good and lots of choice during breakfast, and also the room. The minus part is no service at pool area (well, there should be towels near the pool), equipments at fitness centre is dull, and guest can not use the sauna (out of order sign at the door).

Room 357 has a whistling noise from the electricity tools on its cupboard. It is very uncomfortable.
The food is normal as other hotels.

A tired hotel that urgently needs upgrading. Rooms are not clean, towels stained, walls dirty, breakfast unexciting. The only saving grace is the quiet location of the hotel and ample parking space.

The room would get off odor when you leave it with the conditioner turned off, seems they irregularly replace/maintain the conditioner's filter.

Got here for a business. The reception is very helpful and the check in time is very satisfying. The room is spacious and the channel selection is nice as well. Breakfast spread is decent. The staffs are very responsive to our demands. Definitely a nice stay.

Got a chance to attend an occasion here. The place is nice, very generous for food but at the week end it quite hard to get to or from here. The traffic is unbelievable.

The place is quite old and some furnitures are not maintain well both in the restaurant and rooms. The rooms also not really clean, as i found some food left under the bed. The bathroom also not really clean and the hair dryer is not functioning. The place is walking distance from rumah mode, the clothes factory outlet. Staying here if you need a budget room and close to lembang area and town area as well as rumah mode. The parking lot also available and i dont find a difficulty to get one. During the afternoon till night time, the traffic is very bad.

Hotel is not far from the famous Setiabudi Supermarket, within walking distance.
Had to walk up the stairs from the parking the basement, that was the first impression.
Check-in was wonderful as the check-in personnel had everything ready as he has prepared ahead of time, which I thought I had to wait as there were a crowd from a tourist bus that came in just before us - two thumbs up!
Room can be seen as once been a nice big room, king sized bed and 40" TV with long table counter, but due to long usage and no updated renovation - looked aged and neglected. Lighting was quite dark as all lighting is from desk lamps and nothing from the ceiling. Toilet flush isn't complete.
Breakfast can only be said sufficient if not great, but the sitting area is a nice porch area that can see outside, though there's not much view except the neighborhood and the skyline of other nearby hotels.
Kid's room was ok, with toys and a little slide for kids to enjoy.

Had real great experience staying at this hotel, very easy booking thru the website, hotel staff were friendly, location was perfect, about 10 mins to train station, including swimming pool and gym too!

I enjoyed staying here. Its room ais big and comfortable. The staff arw friendly and helpful. But it is a bit confusing to get to its meeting room. Perhaps it is due the design of the building.

I was staying here twice in 2011 and it was a very nice hotel, probably because its quite brand new hotel at the time. Restaurant has a nice view with semi outdoor concept.
My last stay here on March 2017 was not really impressed me. Now the hotel looks gloomy, and the furniture need some repair and refreshment. Some lights in my room was not working, and the colour of the lamp they use make the room looks even older. Worst of all, the mirror in my room was full of stain but they did not replace it.
Its actually not that old hotel with a very old fashioned furniture, but it can really use some refreshment.
Good side, room is quite spacious, bed still feels good and firm and room was clean.
I think they should change the carpet in the room, not that bad actually but if you leave the room for quite some time, it feels a little bit moist when you enter the room, and it gives you a little bit funny smell of old carpet. Fortunately the appearance of the carpet is still good but I think wooden floor will give better impression.
Fortunately the air con works very well.
I hate it when staying in hotel and the air con is not cooling the room properly.
Buffet breakfast, one thing that I really love when staying in a hotel. It is a 4-star hotel if I'm not wrong, but what I can say is there is quite a lot of other 4-star hotel has better breakfast buffet than this hotel (in term of vatiety and taste) but yes it's still better than a 3-star hotel. Actually I think most of Kagum Hotel has similar variety and taste for their breakfast (I've stayed in Banana Inn and Serela Cihampelas also at different time).
Can use some improvement in the taste though.
Anyway, I know the competition in hotel bussiness is very tight now and considering the price they offer, actually I couldn't complaining a lot. I know some 4-star hotels offering room at much higher price than this hotel (could be twice higher or even more).
Good side also, hotel's located in a quite road so you don't hear a lot of noise from passing car or motorcycle. If you want to go out for eat, need a little bit of walk to reach restaurants and cafe. Not that far, but not that close either.
So if you don't really mind with some minor and medium downside of this hotel, and price come first into your consideration, you can choose this hotel. Overall I would like to give 7 out of 10 points for this hotel.
Still I hope they fix the light in my room so all can work properly, but I was just too lazy to report this as I was only stay here for 2 nights..hehe.. :Dresponse / report this review -

Though hotel is 4 star but it needs major maintenance like painting in rooms and all hotel, as well as change broken pipes in washrooms. Hotel is near to factory outlets for shopping lovers.

Tempatnya nyaman cuma fasilitasnya kurang dijaga diantaranya: handuk sudah bercak kotor tetap diberikan. Kita nginap 3 malam tapi handuknya bercak kotor selama 3 hari berturut2.

Stays for 2 nights here, great room. I got free room upgrade when check in, because reason. The room cleaness is questionable because sometime feels kinda itchy. Breakfast is so-so. If you want to use public transport (except taxi) you have to walk about 200-300 m to get to the main road.
