Arrive midnight and there's no one at the reception. Couldn't use debt card he said error but he couldn't even try. The food was not really good but the location is the best

Don't bother booking this hotel if you don't speak Bahasa. The receptionists just hang up on you every time you call them! I cancelled my reservation and booked somewhere else.

The hotel is fairly clean and satisfying but to improve, they should provide other facilities ie mini fridge, hair dryer and iron(seterika).

Hotel with a good fare nearest to the shopping center, restaurants..but too crowdedif you prefer to have the quiet place, just skip it. For sure..you will get enough experience with foods here. Coming with the group to this hotel not really recommended due to its not really a big hotel. But for only sleep to enjoy bandung without having a fulltime at the hotel its quiet worthit 'coz of the strategic location for culinary.

Nice place to stayed.. Room is clean.. Alongstreet of shopping area.. Close with restaurant.. Affordable price, although just walk in, they accept to refer webs/apps offered price..very considerable.. Friendly staff. Room specious although we add extra bed..a lot of tv channels👍.. Good breakfast as well.

I never stay in this hotel. I went there because the hotel is also a departing station for X-Trans, a travel service connecting Bandung and Jakarta.

This hotel located in Cihampelas street near the Pasupati Flyover.
its located near The Promenade, next to Vio Hotel cihampelas.
Its actually a pretty good location and easy to reach because you don't need to go through the hell of Cihampelas traffic jam that caused by Ciwalk.
To get to this hotel you can easily use the Pasupati flyover and entering Cipaganti street before turn right into Prof. Eyckman street and come in Cihampelas right after Ciwalk (beside Fave Hotel Cihampelas).
It saves plenty of your time.
my overall experience here is pretty much okay with some notes to be highlighted.
I was coming here with my family during 2017 Idul Fitri holiday season, and we were booking a family room.
To summarize our experience here:
Pros:
1. Room is clean and pretty well maintained. Our room has a great view of Pasupati flyover. The family room also has living area with sofa which is very nice and felt homy.
2. Price is quite affordable and worth the money.
3. Location as I explained above.
4. AC in our room working perfectly. With 6 peoples inside the room we have to set the temp at 22 degC otherwise it will be too cold. So its an added point to the comfort of the room.
6. Lighting in the room is nice and warm in my opinion. Give you a relax feeling.
Cons:
1. Parking space are limited, as it in the same building with X-Trans, the front parking is mostly used by the travel bus. Basement parking only can accomodate probably around 15 cars. So if you come late at night especially during peak season, most likely you won't get parking space for your car and have to park accros the street or on the other place the hotel can find.
2. Not so many facilities provided here, so its more like a place to stay overnight. No swimming pool.
They provide in room massage (I think its from another vendor not owned by the hotel).
3. During breakfast they run out of food pretty fast, and the staff were a little bit late to refill it back, especially for some menu that was not much in quantity such as bread and pastry.
Neutral:
1. Food taste standard for me. not bad but also not stood out. But its okay.
2. Bathroom might be a little bit small for some people, but I think its still okay. Its actually pretty nice in design.
Well overall I think its a good hotel if you come in group or family and want to save budget in accomodation as it has a large family room that can accomodate up to 5-6 peoples (with extra bed).
The cleanliness of the room and the hotel in overall also deserve a compliment.response / report this review -

The place is good. Nice spacious and clean room. Small bathroom but nice. They can even provide an additional 'mobile' bed which is quite comfortable as well. Good airconditioning.
Some bad points .. the bath towels are primitive. You can smell a very little taint of bad odor on the beddings.
