Very comfortable service and rooms. Felt as if it was one of the nicest place to stay in Bandung! Would recommend!

I arrived Holiday Inn at night time on one day in mid of Marh 2018 and spent only 1 night at this nice hotel for my very short business trip to Bandung city. It was too short time to enjoy all the services and facilities of the hotel. But, one of the impressed thing is the security of this hotel. All the cars were checked at the front gate, and guests have to go through the scanner before entrance (I almost haven't experienced it in those hotels in my country). The hotel breakfast is super, it's nice, diversty and gave me full of energy for the meeting on that day.

Got 2 pool Indoor and outdoor, friendly and warm staff, large parking lot, nice cuisine especially thai food A little input that the whirlpool need to be brushed so the floor would not be slippery

Great place during stay in Bandung. Its location is near toll exit, yet strategic so you can access other destination all over the city
The service staff is excellent, though during long weekend and high guest traffic. They still able to deliver speed and polite service
The room cleanliness, well done by your staff. It immediately refresh your body after long trip
In front of hotel, across the street, you can buy various specific Bandung handy

There were some construction activities on the next building. If you happen got a room which on the same level where they currently constructing, don't hesitate to request to change the room. Like we did, because we felt uncomfortable to fully open the curtain. *Or.. you could ask the receptionist first when check in.
ROOM
We like the room; spacious, with complete amenities (include iron and iron board). They provided two soft pillows and two firm pillows.
POOL
Cold water. Brrr, we preferred swim at 10.30am hoping the water will get warmer (not happened). I wish they could put a screen on their see-through glass door (the door to the female shower rooms), to gives more secure and privacy.
FOOD
Love the food 😋 they have assorted nuts bar, and they also offer some kids menu. My toddler could borrowed a set of crayon and paper, and let her parents had a nice chat on breakfast.
OTHERS
They have alfamart (convenience store) on the 1st floor. You need to go to the concierge first to get a free parking ticket (could only be use once, and you need to ask it again everytime you went out).
They offer Sunday Kids Club, but we haven''t try them yet.response / report this review -

Strategically placed close to the airport. Great rooms (I got a free upgrade to an executive room during my stay, so that's even better!). Price is a bit on the high end. Recommended place.

You will find the floors up and down all over the place, including inside the executive rooms at the back. The steps have red stripe to warm you of the trip hazard plus ramps to drag your luggage but you can't see the floor in the night in your room without lights in case you got to use the bathroom.
The sink in the executive rooms is difficult to use as you can barely fit your hands below the faucet as it only has about two inch gap before you hit the sink under the faucet. Bad design.
Pool too crowded with fully-clothed people, which is not to hygenic. The indoor pool on 6th floor was closed.response / report this review -

We had to wait for about 30 minutes for check in, but that was because we came at 1.30 pm. Staff was nice and efficient despite the holiday season means lots of guests for them. The shower, the bed and the breakfast were awesome! The breakfast was the highlight! They have lots of different options, even camembret cheese!! Re location, I am not sure, it really depends on where you want to go in Bandung! But I will definitely stay here again!

A strategic locations in Bandung at the entrance access of Bandung City. Holiday Inn suitable for business and pleasure, nice swimming pool, breakfast served close to swimming pool area. Big parking lot, Thai Resto, Executive Karaoke, all ready to invite you to spend ur night in this lovely and friendly city.Bandung.

Located right near the gate of bandung, good for leisure and business travelers, I enjoyed my stay here, adequate room size, rather small bathroom, but their room ambiance are very enjoyable. Their staff are very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast buffet are excellent, variety of food you can eat.

I'm currently visiting a seminar at Granada 2 room in Holiday Inn Pasteur. The room is comfortably spacious. The foods i ate at the restaurant are quite delicious, especially the Parahyangan Fried Rice and Yellow Acar Fish. I don't really explore the overall hotel area. So these are what i could share to you.

Great value for money, amazing breakfast for the money, clean room, friendly staffs. They have 2 swimming pools, one a bit smaller on the level 9 (?) and the bigger one next to the restaurant. I do hate the location, it's just after exit toll Pasteur which most of the time jammed on with traffic. But for the rate they charging it is the best value for money chain hotel in Bandung.

Strange hotel. I was upgraded to an executive room. Can you believe it has no real window? The window looks into an atrium area where there is a pool just for people who stay in executive rooms. The benefit of this is that you get hear kids screaming and splashing around in the morning. It's great. A city view with direct sunlight would be better though. Room design is kind of interesting, the sink is fancy but stupidly shallow, the toilet spray is unique but somewhat dysfunctional as it requires a real hard squeeze to make it spray and then the button gets stuck down and it doesn't stop spraying. There is an executive lounge in the hotel but when I went there it was all dark and abandoned. The location is pretty bad since there's not even one good place to eat in walking distance. You might think the gym would be good since it operates independently and offers memberships to the public, but no, it's awful, even for a hotel. Dumbbells up to 15kg. At least one machine didn't even work, overall bad choices of equipment. I should also mention that power outages happened relatively often here, not sure why, but it was annoying.
So what's good about this hotel? The WiFi was good, no problems with that. Comfy bed of course but most other hotels have that too.response / report this review -

Staff was very nice and the room was large. The beds were comfortable and they had a universal power outlet in the room. The bathroom is nice and has a large shower. Very nice and safe hotel.

The girl in the resto was very good in serve my family and I. Especially to my four years old daughter. She have us a children chair and special plate, bowl and spoon fork and knife for kids. And she smile :)
And ind the front office, she also had a conversation with my pretty baby.
