Non smoking room with heavy tobacco smells. Getting itches after 2 nights stay. Overall still a good place to stay with the affordable price. Most room will not have good view, I'm lucky to get one with a sunset view over Singapore skyline.

Near Nagoya, shopping center at Batam City, they had two building, hotel and apartment units.. it is an old hotel, but they maintenance it's well. They definitely need to improve if they want to compete with others new hotel at Batam..

Beside hotel is a good eating place. Cheap. Nasi timbel. Hotel is on a hill slope. To walk to nagoya shopping center not recommended as no proper footway. Take ojek is just 5min. Best not to walk in the night. Breakfast provided. Swimming pool not maintain. Room is decent. Hungry just look for gojek and they send food to the hotel

I book a room with a bath tub and no smoking area. Both never give and never get any explanation until i ask receptionist. Pool not really suitable for kids as it is too deep for them. Over all rate good.

Great hotel. service was okay. The swimming pool was in good condition and clean even though it's located a bit far from the main hotel building and the water is not very clear. Breakfast was okay, but more variation in the menu will be better. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall, this hotel is among the best in its category.

Disappointment when check in to room 9405, was in the room for 30 mins, room was not cold no aircorn, wanted to call reception for assistance, phone was also not working. Went down to reception and they claimed the whole premises phone not in use due to rain thunder. Requested to change room, went to other room, tv was shaking not clear. Wanted to use room service ,no telephone can be use. Room no towel,have to go down again to request for towel. Bad experience I ever had.

Swiss-Belinn is a good hotel middle in the city you can go from hotel by walk or on car/taxi, room are good clean and morning breakfast was average.

Friendly staff. Value for money. Family apartments are available. The food is good including the buffet breakfast spread. The only drawback is the building looks worn down and needs to be renovated. In addition, if they have a convenience store in hotel would be quite helpful as there aren't any nearby the hotel.

Don't get the room that is facing the main road. Those Indonesian on motorcycle like to revv up their bike and wakes you up the whole night.

I like this hotel. But not so comfortable. The bed. The toilet all look so old. they have to make the room more comfortable. .but I love the food. I always order room service .specially lamb chops. And strawberry milk shake. And the swimming pool also so hot. Also far from everywhere. Oooppsss. Still have the restaurant beside. But I never try
