Service is good. Location is fine as it's a 15 min walk from the mall. Breakfast is decent room is clean but try to ask for a room further from the lift. Our room is next to the lift and it's fairly noisy. Tv channels have a lot of movies (HBO) but pool is a bit small.

There a daily shuttle to the mall at 2pm.

This hotel doesn't have many interesting things, the parking area is so small, but yet their staff is very polite, good, and kind.

Their cleanliness is very good, their buffet cooks is delicious and have unique taste in it. Except for their vegetables.

Their lift is small, but its good enough for the hotel in this caliber.

What i doesn't like is their lift area in front of the ballroom/hall is so narrow, its easily be crowded when people queued for taking the lift.

Afterall i will give 4 star for them.

Near Nagoya mall, English speaking and friendly staff. Room is spacious for 2 persons. Complementary breakfast provided (options for vegetarians available as well). Overall good experience!

Budget hotel located in the middle of Nagoya. If you want a strategic hotel then this is the best place for you, but if you want a cozy and comfortable hotel to spend the night (and breakfast) then Biz probably is not for you as it lack of space and food variety in their hotel

Well located hotel in Batam. Good for business traveller or golfing trip. Plenty of eating places nearby. Kg Bule pubs and night life within walking distance. Staff aloof but efficient. However, very approachable and friendly general manager. Top surprise - bidet in toilet!! Nice touch.

Great place, clean fresh room with a large bed air con and hot water!
The wifi was unreliable however, very annoying when you don't have mobile data on your phone!

Staff super friendly, room still ok, distance walk to nagoya mall a bit far from other review u see in this app , I'm cheated by them said near to nagoya mall that's y I book here , at night we went up to lounge staff keep asking us to sing too bad the microphone is so lousy. Anyway overall what we like is , staff very friendly only no other.

Fantastic hotel to stay in Batam away from the crowded and loud streets. The restaurant has good food and the staffs are very polite and friendly and also amazingly welcoming.

Fast check ins. Friendly Staff. Smoking room was clean n no smoke odour. Comfy bed. Spacious Deluxe room. Bidet. Clean Bathtub. Awesome breakfast. Rooftop Swimming pool needs daily cleaning. It is also Deep. Rooftop view with Seafood dinner and KARAOKE! It has a bar too. Quiet. Less crowds. Did not manage to try the room service. There is a spa, small gym, provision shop and a cafe at the hotel. Provides shuttleservice to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall at 10am and 2pm. Easy to get taxis. Budget accommodation with necessities. highly recommended.
