Stay here for 4 days 3 nights.
I love the room i get with the nice view every morning i can see the mountain.
Room is nice, clean and quite big also.
Restaurant for breakfast is my favorite have a lot of local food for breakfast and delicious.

room clean and nice view, try to avoid rooms that face mall at weekend otherwise you will be entertaint by loud music whole night. Special mention for their waiter, very warm and friendly - 2 thumps up..

One of the best architectural designed building in Bandung. Feminin type of building design. Together with CiWalk, become one of the most favourite photograph landmark in the city. Currently, there's new additional selfy area nearby, Teras Cihampelas, become the must visit complex in Bandung.

A modern hotel located right in on top of Cihampelas Walk. If you dislike the noise, choose the highest floor available. Room and food was okay. I enjoyed watching Pasupati flyover from the dining room.

Family friendly hotel. I booked 2 rooms with connecting door & very satisfied with their spacious rooms. Breakfast had wide selections of menu. Surprisingly they all taste good

Great hotel at the heart of Cihampelas! I was booked for Junior but somehow they messed up with reservations ended upgrading me to Senior. Good choice! Breakfast was awesome.

I enjoyed my stay at Sensa. Great location. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Sometimes the reception was under staffed; which made this service slow. But other than that I would stay there again.

Receptionist lady, sucks! She lies to me by saying hotel occupancy is 100% hence cant give me room upgrade. In fact, i checked third party hotel booking websites and found rooms are still available. Damn! 4*hotel serving with lies?
Internet speed sucks!
Wifi signal sucks!
traffic in front of hotel, nightmare!
Room noise isolation is super bad.
water pressure in shower, super super low.
I am wondering how this hotel can get 4* hotel.
1* is more than enough

We come here almost every year. We even celibrathed the 40 th birthday of my wife few years back. Great place to chill out, also the location is very nice since it is located next to the Cihampelas shopping mall / centere. The house keeping and the staff are the best. As for the rooms there good and clean. Though some of the suroundings like for example chair in the restaurant could be cleaned a bit more frequently thats a real shame.

I have stayed here for 5th time since 2011..it says 4 star hotel but wifi connection is poor and weaker even it is f.o.c..got some problems with maintenance.. slow reception service.. please do upgrade and fix everything as you are eligible to remark as for 4 star hotel..
Pros:
the hotel was near to chimpelas walk where shopping was great..

Very bad hotel, it was a mistake to book here. Very dirty hotel, rooms, restaurant, it look like there is no cleaning staff. Room are very bad smelling. The staff don't care about your request, the waiting for the elevator is more than 15 min. And and and etc. Very bad hotel at all. First and last time.

I stayed at this hotel for a night at sat 18june 2016. room was clean, bathroom neat, view was great and bed was as promised. but the only thing that changed everything was the ac. the air conditioner was programmed so it can only stay at 24C. me and my family had trouble on sleeping so the whole experience ended on a bad score. well most people would set it on 24C but some like it cold. so why would you keep it at 24C. with the price of the hotel, i should be able to have the access on how cold i want the room. it was just a horrible night.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed with a view of the downtown area. The breakfast buffet offered an interesting choice especially since i am a westerner. The location was nice with the Champlan walk right next door. An interesting mix af shopsin the mall.
