Stayed here because I have to handle an event in Arcamanik, so the closest 4-star hotel was here.

The hotel was strategically located in Jalan Gatot Subroto, Bandung - and has a shopping mall and theme park within its complex.

The room was clean, suitable for family with kids (especially if they would like to visit Trans Studio Theme Park). The bathroom also nice, clean complete with amenities (soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, etc.) and have a shower with hot and cold water.

The uniqueness from this hotel was: they know the habit of Indonesians for sleeping. Instead of only extra pillow, they also provide the bolster pillow in the bed.

It's easy to get food here, since there was a their in-house restaurant next to the lobby, restaurant in the shopping mall and also the street food stall next to the hotel.

Recommended to stay here!

I love staying here, despite small bathroom in standard room. Hotels is great, good service and warm staffs, delicious foods with various menu. The grand ballroom is located outside the hotel's buildings, so you have to walk to reach it. When it rains, then you'll get yourself wet without umbrella. If you want to go shopping there's transmart mall and if you want to have some fun, go to trans studio Bandung beside the hotel, and there's also great mosque here.

This is one of high rise building around Gatot Subroto street. I think this is a good choice with affordable price. Nice and clean modern room hotel. Comfort bed and nice toilet. At that time I was on 21st floor, upper floor with huge view of the city. Nice and friendly staff, really friendly.

Amazing experience. The guy in behind check-in counter was so polite, nice, well-manner and friendly.

Room was great, aircon is working properly and they even provide us the baby crib!!

The food was delightful. Will surely come back!

Great food, clean room, good room service. Quick response on customer complain or any general request like asking for more mineral water & coffee. Located in the same complex with other Trans entertainment such as TransMart, Trans Luxury Hotel, and Trans Studio which is the biggest indoor theme park in Indonesia. Highly Recommended.

There is no toothbrush and it paste. The resto need to be separated for guest event and guest room especially at breakfast, full, I have no place to sit. No refrigerator and locker. There isnt soap place in shower so its difficult to put soap, samphoo, toothbrush, etc. Reseptions check in area was strange just like at the airport with queue line, annoying. The bottle water isnt enough just only 2 which others give 4 each for a day.

But room lights are good, there is a dim light. The location is great. I wish there will be improved better next time I visit there, soon. Its great hotel actually ☺

Breakfast was pretty good. But the bathroom was dirty. Urine was all over toilet seat. I doubt that the room got clean before. But I got a new room across for a change after I reported the problem to the receptionist. Thank you ! But still cant believe about cleanliness issue because Ibis is one of the Accors group.

Nice and clean room. Too bad the breakfast is not included on the room rate, but that's fine. There is pictures of swimming pool. Last year when we were staying there, my kids had to go to the next hotel to go swimming and we had to pay a lot.

First time stayed here andz it was good, clean and friendly staff. It's a pity that guest must dial "6" just to get a cheap tooth paste and tooth brush. Why not providing it in the room as standard service???
Also the soap and shampoo are combined as 2 in one package. Not good.

Drop off area are too small, so it took a long time to load & unload the bagage for check in or check out. The parking area in basement is not sufficient enough for all the hotel's guests. Has to park far away at the mall parking area..and it's a long walk to the hotel's lobby.
The service at the restaurant is very poor, especially on high season, as if they don't have enough people and there's always empty buffet for a very long time before they fill it up again.
It's also hard to call operator or reception from the room.. I don't know why
Very slow service from the house keeping and front desk. it seems that, once again, not prepared for the high season.
The room service staff are providing good servicethank God
The benefit is that this hotel has a direct access to TSM and Trans hotel.
But no swimming pool, no gym.
The good innovation is "express check out" box.
In overall, good hotel for business trip, but not for family. But for me it's not value for money

Booking 4 rooms but when check in got separate floor room so it makes our family vacation uncomfortable as we need to go to the lobby floor to change lift as they separate the lift for several floor. Try to complain this to receptionist (Andri) but doesn't solve problem and challenge me to make a complain. What a bad services.

This hotel is nice. The room is not that spacious, but the cost is affordable. One thing that I don't like about this hotel is that the tv channels quality are very poor. The pictures are far below HDTV, not clear, and many of them are shaky. Ibis subscribe to paytv I believe, but the quality is like local broadcasting with the internal antenna receiver :-(

Probably the best Ibis hotel I've ever stayed. The location is perfect, the Trans Studio Mall is next door. The staffs are friendly, check in process is always fast (no long queue), and you can check out just by dropping your key card into a box on the front desk. Room always clean, hot shower is available even in the middle of the night when you need a hot shower after exploring the city. My kids loved this place and this hotel is my first choice whenever I have to stay in Bandung city.

if you looking for a budget hotel near to shopping mall (a direct access) and a place to play with your family, The IBIS TSM is a right place, its near to a big shoping mall in Bandung and a big indoor theme park, you can watch a spectacular performance like circus etc, and enjoy all 20 rides and variety of shows.

Compared to the pricey Trans Hotel, this hotel can be a great substitution for a much cheaper price. Even though it not as superb as Trans Hotel, but it also provide good service, cozy room, and quite good facilities. Yes, I have to admit that the room is a bit small but I think compared to its price, it's still worthed.

Best budget hotel place to spend a weekend at bandung, clean and neat hotel room and the hotel service is queit good.
There is a massage service in here,they collaborated with other massage company, cheap enough,only Rp150.000, and you can add a extra "service for that".
The breakfast menu is terrible i think, dont expect a good food in here.
Location is very closed to the Trans Studio Mall.
Far from the city.

Plus: One complex with Trans Studio Mall, Best budget hotel to spend time for trans studio,family hotel.
Minus: far from city,terrible breakfast menu.
