This is a big hotel, for families with children a good place to stay. Our child enjoyed in the morning his breakfast with Spiderman. For me the hotel, especially the restaurant (breakfast) was to crowded, be t the food was good. Besides the nasi and bakmi, also bread for western people, but also India and Arabic food (not much, but still). The rooms were good, the only thing I didn't like about the bathroom is that the door opened towards the toilet. Better is a sliding door in my opinion. Good hotel, big restaurant and sometimes to crowded.

I got to eat breakfast on the restaurant. But my family isn't lucky enough to get a good rooms. The door of the bathroom is a little stuck. But my family left a bag in the cupboard and they're so nice to send it back through logistic service. So it's nice! Thank you!

Great Hotelespecially for family travelling with Kids 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️..
There are Mini Zoo, Garden, Outdoor Playground, Indoor Playground and Pool..
The Deluxe room was Good The breakfast is great coz many choices of food.. They also have a breakfast buffet for Kids which next to the playground😍😍😍

During Check in and Check Out time, the lobby always crowded especially on weekend and kids were everywhere around😁😁😁

Overall, nice place to stay with family ❤️❤️❤️

Started with a drama when we got a room with a huge pillar inside. After complaining, they gave us a better room. Room service is good. Breakfast is good with extensive selections. Love the mini zoo but not the swimming pool (too small). Location-wise okay, before the crazy Cihampelas traffic. Love their initiative to reduce food waste.

This hotel is really suitable for kids, love the mini zoo! And it's well maintained, keep up the good work. Overall the staffs are friendly and helpful, and pretty fast in serving our needs. Clean room, varied breakfast buffet, and great location. Check out the games room also.

been falling in love with this hotel since the first look, pink! though it's not pink inside, but it's so amazing. very kids friendly. they have mini zoo at the 10th floor, along with the infinity swimming pool, playground, and mini sand playing. in mini zoo we can see mini cow, owl, iguana, mini hamster, etc. we can also feed them, but we have to buy for the pet's food.

breakfast is so amazing!! so many food varieties. even they have kid's breakfast at the corner. so cute 😍😍 the taste is also very good 👍

for the room, we booked premiere room amd it's nice. it's large enough and the facilities are complete, even they have iron plus the ironing board.

overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. definitely will come back again.

I went here for staycation with my family and toddler, and this hotel is one of the most kid-friendly & thoughtful accommodations I've ever been. There are lots of activities for kids such as mini zoo on the rooftop, sand playground, little strawberry gardens, cafe and even the spa has kids nail art service. It's also perfectly located in Bandung, on the on of the most popular shopping streets in town. Very easy to access. Perfect for family.

Located in the famous shopping street. Easy access to street food and local retail shops.

Hotel lobby is very spacious. Looks very nice. It would be nice to have a welcome drink.
Room size is spacious enough. Can fit for family with 1-2 children. Unfortunately, they don’t provide carpets on the floor.

Bath room amenities are enough for me as business traveler. Bath room condition is clean and well maintain.

WiFi is also available free for hotel guest at a reasonable speed.

Unfortunately, I don’t feel satisfied with the service at the dining room during breakfast time. It is so crowded and difficult to get a table. The staff should put a system, where guest need to wait to be seated. Otherwise inside is so crowded.
I even have to sit with strangers on my table. This is the first time for me to have this kind of experience.

I can’t find any daily newspaper either.

Stayed for 19 days in this hotel with colleagues, 22 march - 10 april '18, sadly there were no special gift for long stayers (cakes/fruit on plate/written greeting). We usually get it from other hotel chain.
However, generally our experience in this hotel is good. The breakfast were awesome (various menus), friendly hotel staff and employee. rooftop premises were great too (mini zoo, fitness center and pool)
The place was quite crowded during weekends, so i suggest a guest shall have an early breakfast.

Tempatnya nyaman. Pencahayaannya cukup bagus. Ruang rapatnya cukup kedap suara sehingga bila ada beberapa rapat suaranya tidak saling mengganggu.
Hotel ini punya 2 tower. Perhatikan kembali nomor kamarnya berada di tower yang mana. Wifinya sering buffering bila untuk streaming video

Great hotel with cheaper price than well known other hotel chain with same facilities. Breakfast wast excellent with tons of variety. Pool located on top of north tower ofter great view of north bandung hills. Also have a mini zoo so the child can interact with them. Good choice if you want a calm and relaxing hotel. Good for family and the children will be loved stay here

The hotel rates is 4 stars hotel, the facilities are excellent also staff and room service. The room furniture is normal quality not reflect a 4 stars ✨ hotels. The breakfast is excellent 🥞🥐🍯👍The location is good for the people who want to do shopping because it is near malls and jense street. But it is far from other attractions places.

The meeting package is good. The location, the meeting room, the food, the facilities. The hotel room is good but not that special. The plus points comes from the facilities. There are rooftop pool, gym, and 10-minutes free spa. Ok there's a lot of hotels offering that same facilities. But there's more here, it has a mini zoo in the rooftop. They even have a cow in there 🐮 The main highlight here is the breakfast. They have a huge selection of food for the breakfast, from the standard hotel breakfast menu, to Indonesian traditional, Middle East, Japanese, and Chinese

I have stayed here more than twice and I would say this is one of the best hotel you can have near Cihampelas Bandung. I love it because it's worth it. Enjoy your breakfast here with so much menu to try. It had swimming pool and pet area for kids on the roof top. Your family will love it.

Rooms and service are generally great. Breakfast has an amazing variety with plenty of local dishes. However, there isnt much to do nearby and the nearest mall (Rumah Mode) is a distance away on foot. Pedestrian path isnt in the best condition and traffic outside hotel can get rather heavy on weekends.

Room & location is perfect. Unfortunately their Vallet Service is very very very bad!!
The point of using vallet service is we don't need to waste our time for parking matter.
But we waste our time more than half hour to get our car back. When I ask how long i can get my car back, no answer 😡 When I ask to meet the supervisor in charge, he/she is on break so I can't meet.
Unbelievable!!
Very very dissapointed on the supervisor attitude. Doesn't have courage to meet guest 😡😡😡

Dissapointed.
Booking 1 Family Room and 2 Superior Room and check in at 4PM. Family Room not yet ready, 1 superior room ready with the key failure wait for 30 minutes for them resolve this and still wait 45 minutes for the family room to be ready. Super slow respond and not expected this issue since we are coming at 4PM.

A high class hotel that is clean, affordable, and close to the main shopping centre. The hotel offers an enormous breakfast selection, including middle eastern and Asian foods. The pool is located on the rooftop, and spa prices start at around 450,000 Rupiah. The gym is also well equipped. Staff are polite and helpful. The only negative thing is that check in took about 20 mins. Payment via credit card either online or at the counter is available.

Not all services satisfying. My family have to wait almost 1 hour to get the room, some of furniture have to be replaced, call service is not immediately follow up my request. For breakfast, it's okay & satisfy with many kind of food there.

Spacious room and bathroom, with both shower and tub. Staff was helpful and quick. The only con was that the swimming pool was too small compared to other hotels in Bandung and parking was a bit frustrating too.

Had breakfast with a friend from Singapore and ordered 2 half-boiled egg and ended with dissatisfied. I don't know why the chef let those students trainees handled egg station without any guidance. Not so professional.
Food quality for breakfast also was so so.
If you can get better room rate without breakfast I would say go with it.

I was staying 4 nights for business meeting. The concept is minimalist. The location is Ok, it is near activities center. Good service response. Clean and nice facilities.
Pros: good wifi availability, good food, descent mushalla, nice room, good hospitality.
Cons: if you look close to the building finishes, especially the bathroom or toilets, you can tell there are many jobs to be done. Oh and also the temperature at the meeting room is freezing.
In overall it is a good hotel, but need few improvement.

Located at the heart of Bandung, the Parijs van Java, almost near to all center of attraction in Bandung. The room is cozy and they have rooftop pool so you can enjoy the star while relaxing on the pool. Even though the lighting on the pool are not 24 hours, but still you can feel the vibe of the city.

Staying at this hotel was great. The hotel staff always took care of everything that you needed. They took the bags to our room for us, they opened the taxi door for us when we arrived, we got a welcome drink, and we were even offered a spa treatment! The pool was great, the bathroom and room were super clean, the view was really nice, and the breakfast was more than amazing. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a easy and nice stay.

Very new hotel with wide selection of food for buffet breakfast. Within walking distance to Cihampelas Walk (1-2km) and shops around Cihampelas Walk selling mainly clothing.

Rooms are very clean and wifi access available in the rooms and the hotel lobby is a plus point for those that require wifi access
