  I've stayed in some 4 stars hotels and this hotel is the most satisfying so far.. good service, so many compliments (fruits, snacks, baverage), a fridge with freezer and good hygiene. Pertahankan

  the parking lot doesnt have many space. the bedroom is small too even though i ordered 2 king size bed. some of the breakfast menu is expired.

  Hotel room is OK. Amenities are adequate. Breakfast menu is OK. Location is perfectly right in the heart of Bandung. My only gripe is the parking space, which is way too small.

  The parking lot is small, the room has a bad smell, it has a hole in the linen. So, i'm not going to recommend this hotel to others.

  We stayed for four night five days.
  The service, facilities and environment is very very excellent. We stayed on 15 Dec 12 to 19 Dec 12. Thanks so big for the tip top condition and excellent service for our family. From Singapore.
