Old hotel, strategic location. Walking distance to Bandung station and famous Bandung food gift market, don't expect perfect service but quite nice in term of room and price.

Good place to spend holiday in Bandung. Located next to train station and Cicendo eye center, also famous Kartika Sari. Room was convinient and spacious, breakfast menu was all good.

I love the scenery on the front garden & lounge. The place is neat & clean. They decorated it like classic era building, somehow i like it.
The meeting room on the second floor has complete equipments like projector, meeting table, supportted by good Air Conditioner. It guaranteed that you will find it comfortably while hosting or following a meeting.response / report this review -

Enjoyed the king sized bed, furniture may have been a little outdated but can see they are very good quality. 40" flat TV screen is not bad.
Facilities are all on the top floor of the hotel: gym, spa, swimming pool, sauna. They have a kids room, but there's only tables and chairs, no toys… so it felt more loke a classroom than a kid's room; my kid left after checking every corners for toys.
Breakfast was superb, with the typical selections…but one cool thing offered were the Jamu drinks (local herbal drinks) but we didn't try any.
Overall a enjoyable stay and will come back if ever back to Bandung.response / report this review -

2nd floor in my family room was dusty and the whole room smell teribble because of the vent in the 2nd floor distributing heavy cigarette smoke from outside. We complained three times and each time they only sprayed the room with air refresher (not solving the problem) and finally after the 4th complain they move us to other room. The breakfast was awesome.

The room is HUGE and the bed is very comfortable, I quite like it. They also have connecting rooms for family. The staffs are friendly and nice, too! The food is quite okay but same as many other hotels, it's rather expensive. The swimming pool could use some improvement, though. How am I supposed to swim in a 1.3m pool with so many leaves floating around? The building also looks quite old and honestly very different from the Arion Swiss-Bel in Solo (though they do have a bigger room here, which is cool). The TV is just bad, pure bad. The quality sucks somehow. Perhaps it's because of the antenna, I don't know. Some of the amenities were lacking, too, but perhaps it's because I checked in at 2 pm (my room has no towels at first, but later they did send them to us). I do recommend this place because of its location and large rooms, though.

Can't say it amazing but can't say it's complete trash either. The rates are pretty decent but the rooms are quite something else. I had to switch rooms because the ac wasn't working properly at first. The biggest problem was how bloody loud the generator or ac or whatever it is near my room is. I couldn't have a good night sleep at all.

For this recent 3 years I always stay in this hotel for minimum a week. But this year I feel a bit disappointed. This hotel is getting old, undermaintain especially for toilet area, and fitness center

Booked a family suite room. Rate is 900k per night in early April. Room is two floors where second floor only contains two single beds. Clean and quiet mostly (when kids not running down the hall​). Some amenities are lacking (we were 4 person but amenities provided were only for 2-3 person) but immediately provided after a call to operator. Breakfast was pretty great here with lots of choice to choose from and they're all taste good. Service to clean the table on weekday is not as fast as during weekend.

Room size is generous. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of variety even on weekdays. Location is within range of tourist spots. Just one thing though, those siren from the nearby rail station can be annoying at times.

Nice staffs and pleasant services, clean room and toilet. Shall come again next time. The food should be refresh with more selection to give Bandung variety. The wifi is limkted to only one device but the network stability was good if could better.

Don't take the family room if you are staying with small children, the stairs are really steep.
