I had terrible experience with the way they handled my check in (the receptionist), i was given the room which is close to the pool in which they had a wedding party (will be noisy as hell), i went down to asked them nicely to change the room which they gave me the second floor in which got there two groups were hanging out by their doors. My bag was very heavy and i have to drag all the way down again to ask them but this time i am a bit pissed, they reluctantly gave me the 4th floor which is better.( Note that why dont they give this at the first place after i asked them considering IT IS STILL THE SAME CLASS) they did not apologize nor have a guilty mannerism towards me. To put the cherry on top, the door key machine is spoilt and they need to send maintenance team over. They both is a mess and i DID NOT HAPPY at all whereby i booked this room to rest. I hope you can brief the receptionist well so they handle people well next time.

I come here to ask for a wedding ballroom and pricelist, but the marketing still talk with another guest and I'm waiting for about 30 minutes. Then I ask the receptionist and he doesn't know what am I asking for, though we already talk 30 minutes before. And then I decide to go home, but the receptionist give me the pricelist. Why don't he gave it to me earlier so I don't need to wait for 30 minutes?!?!!? It waste my time!!

The interior, decoration and design of this hotel are so distinguished. They promote Javanese ethnicity even with live music of Javanese "tembang" in their restaurant.
The coffe shop and restaurant open for 24 hours.
They have facilities like swimming pool, SPA massage, gym, garden(available for Garden party), meeting rooms, large parking lot and of course restaurants.
From the central of Surabaya and Gubeng train station is just around 10-20 minutes. Located in the Barata Jaya street which is centre of restaurants- hawker food stalls-markets-food- garage and drugstore.

The hotel is wide and acceptable for a gathering if you want to have a reunion with your old friend or going to rest in surabaya .The atmosphere is also good and cozy like your own old home because of the bamboo and the lounge.Just remember to bring sunblock when it is hot climate and umbrella when it is raining,altough you cannot get out when it is heavy raining.

Comfortable room, nice pool, nice people, shower a little bit smaller but clean. Large parking space, Large cafe and resto. Just one issue the room is not impermeable, sometimes u can hear the furniture is shifted. But after all is great hotel

Stayed in thr suite room, The interiors are quite old, floor is a bit dusty, the bed is flat, hard, not comfy at all. AC is hot too even in the lowest setting.
The good thing is, there are several walking distance restaurants around.

One of the first hotel in Surabaya to offer quality service. I loved staying here. There's a nice park in front of the hotel, directly facing a river. Nice view, but the river could use a little cleaning. The main street can be crowded in the morning and evening.
