For a 3 stars Hotel, this place is quite amazing. Located in the busiest area in Surabaya, this place is only couple minutes walk from the biggest shopping center in Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza. You can also reach minimarkets, fast food restaurants, atm, or even police station just by walking. So it's fair to say that this place is perfect for its quality and location.

A vertical 16 storeys hotel with good sized room and complete amenities. Not recommended for those guests driving their own car-limited parking.

I've been there for long staying in deluxe room type. With a nice view of middle city in surabaya on the 15th floor. Nearby mall tunjungan 5 minutes walking, and other tourist attraction (i think better to get ride by online transportation or city tour bus). What I dislike here, i felt boring because this hotel has no large space to chill out. It has very small lobby.

The hotel seems nice. I've only been at the meeting hall, but overall is quite clean and the hotel crews are nice. The food is okay at best, and drinks are quite nice. I like the interior of the public spaces, but i can seem to hear hints of noices coming from the first floor when I'm at the second floor. Haven't been to the room.

Hotel location @ centre of Surabaya Town, very recomended Hotel, bintang 3 tapi pelayanannya bintang 4, hotelnya nyaman, karyawan nya sangat ramah dan membantu sekali, suasana restonya nyamanenak utk bersantai, ada smoking areanya di outdoor, lokasi hotel sangat dekat dengan Tunjungan Plasa (salah satu icon kota Sby)hanya butuh +/- 5 menit saja dengan berjalan kaki, lokasi hotel benar-benar ditengah kota Sby, dekat dengan Gedung Balai Pemuda, Ice cream Zangrandy yg legendaris (3,2 km 8 mnt dg mobil), Grandcity Mall (7mnt 2,8 km), Surabaya Plaza, kalo mau ke Rawon Setan (salah satu icon kuliner Sby) hanya 2,5 km, Kwetiau APeng yg terkenal hanya 3,4 km, kalo mau ke Gereja Mawar Sharon (Philip Mantofa) jarak hanya 650 mtr, banyak dech lokasi yg bisa dicapai krn lokasi emang sangat strategis, per 31 Okt'17 ada pusat oleh2 disebelah hotel persis, jd ngga usah jauh2 klo mau beli oleh2, cukup disebelah hotel aja 👍Keren banget ternyata banyak perubahan di Midtownkata karyawannya Chef nya baru, food taste nya emang jauh lebih enak en variasi food nya juga buanyak, puas banget dech makan di Midtown👍👍👍

Good place to stay, in the middle of the town, as it's name said, you can find almost anything nearby.
Lobby was so so tiny and only have like 2 small sofas for 4 peoples. When lots of people waiting in the lobby, you might wanted to enjoy yourself by taking some cups of compliments available while standing. It'll ease your pain.
Breakfast was fun, even though the egg station was kind of hard to find for it's located outside of the main dining hall (and the sausage was awful), but overall food was great. :)
Hot water in the shower is very limited. After the first person finished bathing, all that was left was barely warm water for the second person. For me, it's a sad thing.
Overall, it's a small (but tall) 3 stars hotel with nice and clean room, and we enjoyed our stay.

3. Full-sized functional bathroom, strong water pressure.
4. Good variety of breakfast
5. Ideal for business traveller
6. Good numbers of attentive and staffs.

CONS
1. Rather slow wifi
2. Initially, staffs refused to receive payments from cafe and laundry eventhough I deposited some money during check-in. They said they only receive cash (????). Only after seconds of argumentation, they let me pay using my deposit money.
3. Small lobby, limited parking space

really nice hotel for business which not really need something like spa, swimming pool or massage services. the staff is really great, voucher you get is both for dinner and breakfast.
rooms really is clean and big. no bathhub, but who cares.
this is value for money hotel.

Good hotel in the middle of town of Surabaya. The staffs are helpful, nice smile people, various breakfast, clean room. The problem at this hotel is only about limited parking slots, but they over free valet service.

The location is very strategic because it's in the middle of the Surabaya city, the service is fast and friendly, and there are many facilities that can be used. The hotel rooms are also very comfortable, clean and spacious. With views of the city center. Highly recommended.

Friendly service, smiles all around, comfortable room with really nice pillows. Has one of the most notable hotel breakfast in Surabaya, absolutely delicious. However, despite its relatively young age, the rooms are run-down, the aircon in our room didn't work and we had to move to another room. That aside, the stay was nothing short of pleasant.

I booked at the restaurant, a dinner for 30 people. At the first time I was worried if Townhall, the hotels restaurant, won't fit for my reservation yet on the spot reserve. But then on the D-day, the PIC called me that they changed my reservation into a private meeting room set for 30 people with no extra charge. How nice of them, because they provide a full facility meeting room. I was satisfied with their service as well as their food. They serve good food, but no tissue available. So, yah, you know, who doesn't need tissue after a dinner, right? But that doesn't count. Somehow I was satisfied with their service

Good for business travel for 1 or 2 night stay. room is abit small, breakfast just ok, restaurant not too bad, you can always go to KCF & MCD cross the road, location very handy near Tunjungan Plaza mall and alfamard near by.

Low budget hotel that not really feels like low - budget. The location is ideal for city center, you can really walk to Tunjungan Plaza and many more shops and restaurants.

However, the room is rather small and the bathroom feels humid. The parking is really awful. Good thing that they clean the room well daily.

It was pleasant hotel with strategic location. But parking area was limited, with an option of free valet service. The elevator also seems to be insufficient for large number of rooms.
