Hotel near shopping center (Tunjungan Plaza). The Hotel is clean, service good, and the price not too expensive (i recommend to booking before the day you stay overnight ) much cheaper. Spacious rooms, full facilites and the breakfast menu is plentiful and tasty.

I like old hotel.. cause it has bigger space, carpet and bathub that comes with the same price that new hotel offered with smaller space, no carpet and no bathub

My first impression of this hotel was good, but it didn't last long. I came at 3pm but they still needed about 15mins to have my room ready even though the check in time was at 2pm. The lift was very slow and didnt have ac on it so it was hot inside. I stayed in a non smoking room. The room was quite big. However, the carpet smelled really dusty. The bathroom also needs some improvements. Hot water stream was very weak so it took a very long time to have the bathtube fully filled. The refigerator was the worst. When i opened it, water came outside spilling the floor. The only best thing about this hotel is the location which is right between Tunjungan Plaza mall. The staffs were nice. Swimming pool is just so so. Will consider to stay in another hotel next time.

Bad service, the lift is so slow and malfunction sometimes, they say it's non smoking room but my parents smell the cigarette. Won't ever gonna stay in here again.

I think the whole of interior is so yesterday amd out of date. But this hotel near with tunjungan plaza, so we can go shoping or refreshing only for "five steps". But I think this hotel need to renovation

Never saw a 4 star hotel so dirty. With much experiences with hotels, I would rate this one not more than 2 star. Just have a look at the photos below. The view from my balcony is just disgusting

So bad the service. We are here more than 1 hour still no towel no toiletries air con spoilt. Despite numerous calls made no one came.

Nice place to stay. Location is in the middle of the city, next to Tunjungan Plaza.
The room is big enough. This hotel is not a modern design hotel, so don't be surprised if the lighting and the furniture is designed with old style.
