Recommended hotel, specially for family. They have mini playground & swimming pool , its good for kids activity and the location is strategic location in city area, also easy access to enjoy surabaya car free day on Sunday. Love it!

The hotel is beyond our expectation, since consider the price is budget hotel. They gave early check in, considering we travel with our elderly parents. Aside from that, there are refrigerator and hair-dryer which only available in 4 stars hotel.

Unless you are truly allergic with the smoke, then you might need the assistance of the staff. We booked non-smoking room but we could smell the smoke in the hall-way.

The services is good, the food is good but not that great, cozy meeting room, there's a pool across the meeting room and you can ask to set up lunch beside the pool.

I love this hotel than any other hotels in Surabaya because of their Chicken Porridge.

Unfortunately during my 7 days stay in there, I only get the perfect porridge for 2 times only. The rest is too much water in used.

Hope more consistent to prepare my chicken porridge for my breakfast. Because I only have two option when stay in Surabaya. One of them is Quest Hotel.

Letaknya di jalan kecil, tapi di tengah kota. Ukuran kamar kecil (exc suite), seprai kotor (ada noda), handuk kamar tidak bersih (kesan sudah usang), air buangan wastafel tergenang (lama turun), proses check in dan check out cepat, makanan lumayan enak, koneksi wifi cepat, bantal tidur keras. Staf cukup membantu dan sigap (terutama restoran ketika sarapan dan sekuriti parkir ketika banyak mobil keluar masuk karena lobby yang sempit).

We are staying in the hotel due one of our family were hospitalized in the nearby hospital. We find that the room are clean enough and also the bed were comfy. The front officers were also really helpful during our stay. But as a suggestion, we hope that the hotel can serve more menu variations for children. Thank you

Location of hotel was just a 10-15 min drive away from City centre, depending on traffic. Amenities are well-equipped although 2 sets of bedroom slippers and toothbrushes should have been provided per room instead of just 1 since each room is for 2 guests. Food selection for breakfast is decent. Overall, the room is clean and comfortable, we had a good night's rest and bed was also soft and comfortable.

My first experience was good so I recommended this place again to my girlfriend however the second stay was very disappointing. It is a catastrophic failure when a hotel room has roaches in it. The first room had it and we were moved to a different room and they still have bug problem too. The service team was quite unapologetic about the whole problem too. We asked for a non smoking room but apparently the rooms (both rooms) are still filled with the smell of cigarettes.

Amazing and very calm,clean and cozy place, i did early booking and no extra charges,all the staff are very warm and friendly, it's really good if you want to have a real holiday,the place is very quiet from traffic and sound of the mainroad

guest room quite comfy and little bit luxurious, but the balcony is locked and cannot be unlocked. The parquet floors quite good too. And the breakfast buffet is not bad except the omelet. The room is quite reasonable since its located in downtown
