Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel was beautiful, room is clean and neat, breakfast were okay and the services were great. Oasis lagoon sanur are good both for family or couple. Best rooms are the one with direct pool access..

The room was great! It resembles the pictures, however the walls are very thin! I could hear a rooster at 3am, loud guests in the pool, children, does slamming closed, ect. The front desk staff was hit or miss. 2 or the 3 I interacted with were rude. One said she'd work with me but didn't. So apparently the booking site said breakfast was included and none of the confirmation info said otherwise. But they had information that said to exclude breakfast. All of my friends had breakfast included except me. The second woman I worked with said, "well you got a cheap room so there's no breakfast" which I found to be quite rude. Upon leaving the front desk called the taxis for us and for one of us they called a larger taxis, which charges more (for one person) after quoting us a lower price. They also over charged another friend for her room, when she told them and asked them to let other guests know before booking what the actual price of the room is. The lady nonchalantly said this was simply due to the hotel being sold out that night (yet I booked my room way after this issue). Long story short, the front desk does not handle issues well. They cannot fix problems. I'm not sure if they simply will not out cannot, but I would not recommend them to anyone because of the poor quality of service.

Food here is bad. Service was great, there are lights hanging off walls very close to the pool. The pool itself is pretty fun though.

A fantastic boutique hotel in Sanur. Great pool, strategic location and fantastic staff. Short walking distance to the beach and a number of excellent cafes, restaurants and bars.

all staff were so lovely, friendly and so helpful making our stay more enjoyable. the room was very nice and cleaned daily and stocked with plenty of coffee, water and bathroom products. The only thing i could fault was the water in the shower going hot and cold and not being consistent which is not a big issue for me as our entire stay was most enjoyable and i would recommend your beautiful hotel to family and friends

We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a family type hotel but the kids were all very well-behaved. Overall, a good experience.

Stayed in a lagoon room which was fantastic. Staff were extremely helpful and the buffet breakfast was satisfying. Great location with restaurant and shops close and the beach is not far away. I hope to return.

This place doesn't even deserve 1/2 a star. I arrived late, approximate 2 pm. My room wasn't ready yet and I have been told to wait in the lobby. I immediately noticed bat excrement's all over the chairs, I mean all chairs; I told the reception about my observation and have been told that it is difficult to clean the fabric upholstery. duhhh … DON'T use fabric upholstery! Just disgusting.
I was given the keys 45 minutes after my arrival which during this time nobody updated me,again, just bad initial service and observations.

I finally made it to my room. Newer interior and at first glance clean and neat; I asked for additional pillows which arrived shortly after inquiry. i noticed yellow stains on the pillow covers and noticed a horrendous smell of human sweat and probably other stuff. I checked my existing pillow sand noticed the same problem, even the mattress.
Do to being tired I finally fell asleep. I woke up several times during the night and always noticed the smell of sweat on mattress and pillows.

I made it through the night and was at the breakfast area at around 7 am; the breakfast area is an integrated restaurant (open to the street) that serves alcohol at any time. I asked for bacon and have been told that the hotel is 'Halal'. what kind of BS is that? Serving alcohol but not real bacon? cheese was dry sliced cheese (probably Indonesian Kraft singles) that were bridle and difficult to eat; only one type of lunch-meat that they called beef bacon (not at all and almost uneatable); mind you that I didn't see any local (Indonesian) guests in the so called 'Halal" hotel! Again BS.

I checked out the very same day with some difficulties getting my additional 2 days refunded. It took about an hour on the phone with hotel.com hence I paid with credit card; my first day was not refunded even after my complains.

I do not recommend this hotel mainly because of cleanness. Too much money for the value, despite several positive reviews as well as friendly staff overall,

Prime location, amazing pool that you can access right from your room and the staff is very helpful. Plus, the beach is 5-10 minutes away and Oasis Lagoon Sanur has a beach club area with chairs, umbrellas, towels and staff. This hotel offers a buffet style breakfast . The best I have had in Bali! Great food, fresh fruit and good coffee. It is the most important way to start your day before long adventures through Bali!

I really enjoyed my stay at Oasis! It is so fun to jump into the pool right from your room. It has an amazing restaurant and bar right out front and one of the nicest staffs in Bali. I enjoyed walking the streets at night and looking at all the fun places to eat with live music. And has a beach only a five minute walk away. My boyfriend and I also did the romantic dinner and the food was AMAZING. They are so welcoming and nice here. Definitely a must stay in the Sanur area.

Nice hotel but it's in the middle of Sanur. As Bali is very crowded you got to use to it. Anyways it has good quality of service, nice breakfast and lovely rooms so no point to complain.

We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. Anything we asked for was delivered very promptly and always with a smile. The staff are fantastic. Darma, at check- in was awesome and Wira ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay from pool towels to ashtrays. The buffet breakfast was great- a good variety and eggs cooked to order.

Positives Staff beautiful, Breakfast was great lots of variety, Hotel room very average. Close to everything.
Negatives Bathroom not cleaned properly. Marks on my pillow cases. I expected the rooms to be a bit more than they were.
Dark and uninspiring ..There was nothing that made you go WOW or want to stay in the room as a couple. Very bland not4 star at all more like 3 if that. The window in the room that lets you watch your partner shower or go to the loo was ridiculous. Will not return.

Stayed here for one night passing through Bali on our way to the Gilis and we were more than pleased with their service and the facilities as a whole. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed and a big shower 😊 Breakfast was also varied. If there's anything to complain about it would be the prices in the hotel bar and restaurant which are a bit steep considering the drinks were average at best. The food was good though.

A modern tropical theme hotel right in the heart of Sanur nightlife. The lagoon access room is the best choice to pick. Hardy's Mall right beside this hotel & close to any restaurants. And the staffs are so friendly.

On their website it says it's non-smoking hotel. A total lie. Omg..this hotel was full of smokers, it was disgusting. Couldn't even take the kids to the pool without having smoking in your face. Can't keep balcony door open as everyones smoke from their balcony fills the room. Bathrooms could do with some mould remover & a darn good scrub. Stairs extremely steep going to upstairs bedroom, not for anyone over 50yrs. They need reinforcing too as are loose. Right next to Hardys store. Location fine. Restaurant undergoing renovation at the moment. Very helpful staff on reception. Drinks VERY expensive at pool, same price that Hard Rock charge!!! Oh.and the roosters.aaggghhhhh. ..forget sleeping in at this hotel, you wake up when the roosters start which is about 3am!!!

Love the service from the every so friendly staff who are always on hand, and room's are kept very clean. Would recommend a room near the pool ;)

Quite location with decent internet speeds for Bali for use of Facebook and so on, and breakfast buffet was good enough food to start the day.

Floor of the room was filthy when checked in. Don't think their housekeeping is up to standard. Water pressure in the shower is terrible. Internet fairly slow. Breakfast in infested with flies. Buffet chicken was off. However, service is friendly and understanding. They do their best to help. Management needs to improve the facilities. Only 4 years old but seems like 20 year old hotel.

Construction next door destroys any chance of an afternoon kip or sleep in. And at back of hotel constant beeping from traffic due to blind corner intersection can drive a person insane.
Lagoon room the best choice tho noise from any early morning or late night people at pool area and be an issue.

staff and hotel are great, and location good for Sanur.
