A nice place for your weekend getaway at a fairly reasonable price. Decent options of quite delicious breakfast menus. Vegetarians will be catered by its vegetable-based foods. No bathtub in twin bed room and its shower has no door so bathroom floor tends to get wet when you take a shower. There's safe box inside the room in case you need to store your valuables. If you want to have a good sleep at night, you might want to avoid its street view rooms as the sound of passing by vehicles might disturb your resting time.

Quite clean but still have to improve it. Walking distance to Mengiat beach. Limited parking space. Sometimes security not standby to open the entry n exit gate. That cause difficulties for guest. Taste of the breakfast was so-so. Need improvement.

If you want to find inexpensive hotel near the Nusa Dua beach is a good idea to stay here for a not so long time. Staff friendly, rooms clean enough, breakfast give you wide choice but taste just okay. If you like walking you can reach Nusa Dua beach just in 10 minutes, shopping mall also very close maybe 15-20 minutes of slow walking. Actually all the things is good for this price but one thing that you should expect and it horrible if you are not smoker. People can smoke everywhere here. On the balcony (and all that horrible smell will go into your room), at the breakfast place (and it will force you to run from one table to another one). Maybe it regular for Bali as we head before but is a real problem here because you just cannot hide from all that smoke. Balcony doors closing not good enough to keep smoke outside big holes everywhere. One more wierd thing is windows. Everyone who went to the his balcony can see as less part of your room. So no privacy. Closed curtains works okay but then is very dark in the room all day long. One more time want to say - stay here is okay and cheap enough, you got everything you need but just a few days is better than many.

I loved the hotel!! We visited in Jan.. its peaceful and near to beach (walking distance). Regarding food: as I am vegetarian and dishes are mostly non-veg in breakfast menu, but chef specially made Indian veg dishes for us that was really cool. Regarding Location: of the hotel is near street market so you get enough time to visit street market. You get a lot of facilities here like: laundry, pool, safe locker, wifi, TV (limited channels), gym, spa, private beach. Regarding staff: Very helpful and polite. Food: I think for vegetarian nearby veg restaurants are good like queens India.
If you planning to stay in NusaDua then, book this hotel.

The rooms are comfortable, the service is top-notch, the pool is clean and maintained, the restaurant is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It is a 4 star Hotel in a 3 star area. I will stay here again. Definitely

The room quality was nice and rates are relatively cheap for a decent hotel around Nusa Dua.

However rhe breakfast buffet was a let down. The egg station was slow, the taste was below average andrhe options seemed limited for me.

But enjoyed the stay and service.

Generally, it is a comfortable hotel to stay and ticks almost all the boxes. The staff is friendly and responsive. The swimming pool is nice and the breakfast restaurant offers wide variety of choices. The wifi connectivity is not too great though.

The hotel is located just walking distance from the famous Nusa Dua area. It has.no direct access to beach. Guests can take shuttle car to public beach. The frequency of the shuttle is very few and they start late morning. Rooms are not well maintained. Quality of breakfast is just so so. It does not offer good level of value for money.

Great staff that display a professional attitude. I can't comment on the rooms, as I wasn't a guest here, but I did stop by for the breakfast buffet. It was really satisfying and it provides everything that a tourist could desire.

We stayed in the Santika for 2 weeks (1-15.05) and there are a couple of things that I would like to mention.
First when we booked we asked for a room facing the garden, but we had a room facing the wall so we asked the front desk if we could a better view as we were staying for a while. They told us that we will be moves to another room. Our next room was still facing the wall but we could at least see a bit of the street but that room had marks on the walls everywhere, bad smell in the bathroom and the cupboard had mould inside( see pictures attached). So we asked again at the front desk who apologised and upgrade us to a better room with swimming pool view.
Also you had a Russian guest playing with a drone around the swimming pool while kids were around during breakfast. So I asked the front desk to talk to him. The same day during the evening while we were in our room blinds open and quite undressed we saw the same guy with the drone going in front the rooms so I had to call the front desk again to ask him to stop as the drone had a camera on it. I checked and it's actually against the law to fly a drone too close to the ground where are people and film people in they rooms!
We order a take out to be deliver to us in the room. We were at the pool when it arrived and while going back to our room we saw the delivery man escorted by a bell boy who went to our room already and was coming back from it. We went back with him and the bell boy to our room to pay him (2 woman at the front desk). Next day we order the same but front desk call me in my room to ask me to come pick up my delivery because they couldn't let him come to my room because of house policy. (2 men at the front desk jayadi especially). From this moment jayadi was laughing and talking Indonesian with other staff every time I was passing by which is the most unprofessional thing I've ever see. It went on for the next 3 days we had left.
And to finished I wanted to put money on my room to not have to pay every time we eat or use massage service as I get charge a fee every time I use my card. Which I did so put 1 million rupiah. When I pay the deposit we were told that you will use this money to charge me as I leave. But that's not what happen and when we check out we told me that I have to pay for my bill and you will refund me the deposit later. My bill was less than a million but still I had to pay for it knowing that you were still holding my money. As I had to pay for my bill still I ask to talk to the manager to clarify the situation but of course you weren't available. So I had to pay extra fees for absolutely no reason as we had my deposit covering my expense.
Our overall experience wasn't the best at all.
Please make sure that house policy are followed and every employee doesn't do as they wish. Jayadi was really unpleasant and had unprofessional behaviour toward me our whole stay.
And I'm still waiting on my deposit money to be send back to me. It was supposed to take up to 2 weeks and it's now 5 weeks and still no sign of it.
And they're not replying to our emails.

Good budget hotel. Pool is great and towel service e en better. Breakfast is so so. A bit poor on western varieties. Location is not very good. Is quite far from everything. You need transportation for any place you need to go. Room service is too expensive and you cant charge it to the room acc. So inconvenient.

Stayed for 2 nights: overall the breakfast is ok, but the rice is not wellcooked, the room is clean, they have good extrabed. Good view at the pool, there is musholla in ground floor near lobby and the meeting room.

This place was very nice and clean. After staying in hostels for a month and a half, this was my gift to myself! The rooms are great and the hotel is very nice. I had a hard time communicating with staff when trying to go to Ubud after I checked out. I would say it is not backpacker friendly for those wondering, but if you are in Bali for vacation and relaxing, it's perfect. The beach is only a half a mile walk from the hotel (it's not bad at all, mostly shaded) and you pass lots of great souvenir shops on the way with great deals. The restaurant was great at the hotel, very good Western options. I would probably stay here again on my next trip to Bali!

The room is good, but the bathroom is kindawrong, because the shower area doesn't have any curtain or doors so the water splash to everywhere. It can make quite a mess. The breakfast menu is good, with wide choice and taste good too. Love the swimming pool.
