Friendly staff always looking to help in any way they can. Rooms are a little old and in need for some renovation. However the best thing about Asa Bali is its unparalleled privacy in their rooms and great amenities including 100% private pools. The breakfast buffet could be better but the variety is good.

Staff are lovely and super helpful. Location is not great and you have to cross a main road to get to any restaurant or shop. We nearly got hit by a car. Villas themselves are pretty dirty. There was a cigarette butt in our bathroom and giant lizard in our room.

A tad far from the beach. Mosquito level - okay for a villa. Private pool and outside kitchen/dining/living setup is nice. Breakfast was okay, ask to have nasi goreng or mie goreng made vegan - freshly cooked is addictive.

Good place great breakfast only issue is that if you plan to stay two family together in 2 different one bedroom villa sure you get 2 different far away property transported by buggy the most awful service

Very Poor Service. Rooms & AC condition very poor. No point in spending so much for such poor quality of rooms & service.

This is the first place my wife and I saw overseas ever after the airport. The staff from the moment we got there right through to 4-days later when we checked out were second to none. Warm, friendly and gave some great advice throughout our stay. The breakfast was the best we had at any hotel/villa we stayed in throughout our stay in Bali. Rooms were clean, well presented and maintained.

The villa staff went out of their way to make our visit memorable. The villas are private with their own pool and being mostly outdoors they allow you to enjoy the warm nights. Staff spray for bugs in the evening and light insect candles to keep the bugs at Bay. The villas themselves are cozy and well lit and have a luxury home feel with flowering trees over top the pool. The villas could use minor touch ups but considering the climate that's to be expected. I would definitely stay here again!

Good: friendly staff that's helpful. Room service is really delicious(order the local food!!) Buggy shuttle between the front desk and villa 2 is quite fast(

Super Friendly staff and yummy room service they will try to do whatever you want. I would pass on in room massage service, the workers played on their cellphones while giving the massage with one hand. Mothball used in bathrooms to keep bugs and critters away, not enjoyable. Shower made a mess because it was all open.

Friendly staffs, quiet villa.
could be helpful if they inform residents that the time that the staffs will come in to spray Insect repellent, so that residents are prepared and not surprised by sudden knock on the door

But, Lobby area and facilities and room service is cheap.

Bathroom is uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, I can't swimming because very cold.

Great, big, modern villas and lovely staff! The only thing I can fault is the bedroom curtains are not block out ones so in the morning the room is pretty bright (I'm someone who needs darkness to sleep in!) and there were random noises (animals, sirens) in the night. It's a bit far from everything too but that can be a bonus for some.
