Great staff very helpful, aircon Villas are terrific, full breakfast, short free buggy trips, close to everything in seminyak.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom royal villa so beautifull (if going there if kids be sure to request a safety fence for the pool) and my parents stayed in the graden villa after being upgraded from the lagoon villa because there was a problem with thier room.
Everyone was helpful friendly always smiling and always happy to help with whatever we needed and most importantly very patient with the kids which i was very thankfull for
A special thanks to sandi and dody for the spectacular service. And thanks to maria for being so good to the kids..

Good buy could be better. Nice little spot. Lovely villa. Bit off construction going on, should be good when it's done. Close to a main street. Still a good spot to retreat to.

Could not recommend this place enough. stayed here for 10 days by myself and the hospitality i received from all the staff was beyond amazing. the food is so delicious and tasty, the cocktails even better. cant wait to come back and visit you all!

Very friendly staff and great villas, always clean.
Some of the villas are having a re-vamp with new windows and paint jobs.
This is our 3rd visit to the villas and we are now looking to book the 4th, private pool villas are the way to go.

It’s so thankful to each and every staff . Aromatic island therapy in lagoon spa was so nice with experienced staffs and relaxing atmosphere created my stay more mesmerising. Will visit again. Thank you so much all staffs☺️☺️☺️✨

Couldn’t recommend Seminyak Villa and Spa highly enough. The villas are beautiful, the staff are amazing. We have stayed here numerous times and never been disappointed. We recently shared Villa 6 with two good friends.
We stayed 8 nights , we had fantastic service from all the friendly staff
They were always ready to help you with any needs.
Our rooms were very clean and air conditioned with good bathrooms.
And were serviced with a smile daily.
We had a fantastic private BBQ for my sons birthday with a chef to do
All the cooking and someone to help serve.
The food was fantastic and had far to much for us to eat.
We would return to stay again.

Very good property at competitive rates. The staff are very friendly ever always wearing a smile. Each of their villas is comfortable and has good privacy, the garden room though might get noisy as they share wall with neighborhood. Restaurant is decent but vegetarian choices is limited but property is quite close to a shopping area with loads of restaurants. A very good option to stay in Seminyak

Pictures online make this place look amazing. Unfortunatly it is not. The staff is wonderful tho!! They couldnt help that the rooms are filled with birds. Birds everywhere, right in the room with us. Poor design of the roof. The birds get through and are chirping and playing in the room above the bed starting at 5am. Our room had a nest and oh are they noisy!! Plus all the poop!!!
The hotel refused to give us a refund. We had to get out of there, too unsanitary to live in. Fortunately our credit card companies reversed the charges that where incurred here.

The resort is a bit dated en looks rough at some places. Also the bathroom needs an update. But the staff was very very nice!! Great service from the friendly people who work here. Good quality breakfast in the morning. We've had a room right at the swimming pool. The location is very central and they have a free taxi service to bring you to the beach and mainstreet. Good price/quality

Rooms could be a bit cleaner, both floors and bathrooms.Buffet is smaller than bigger resorts but still a wide variety of food.Service is excellent and very friendly staff.

The pool at lagoon villa looks nice in the photos however the interior of the villa is a bit old in particular the bathroom and the hot water in the shower can only last for abt 10 mins. We talked to the reception staffs and they said the water heater is small so they can only apologize but can't fix/improve it :(

Overpriced for what you get, we did enjoy our stay in the 2 bed deluxe villa but it cost far too much money for the quality of the villa and there wasnt any real public space. Breakfast was in a small upstairs room at front of hotel and you often had to wait till someone finished before you got a table. Location was ok as our villa was at the back of the resort and approx 200m from jalan seminyak. Great pool in villa.

We stayed in a 2bdrm executive villa, it was huge and clean. House keeping came in every day to clean up and clean bedding. Lovely pool. Buffet breakfast was great with plenty to choose from, both western and Indonesian. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this Villa. From the friendly staff, to the amazing buffet breakfast, I highly recommend this Villa. It's in a great location in the heart of seminyak, within walking distance to the bintang supermarket. 5 star stay

It's a great place to stay, we had our own pool and outdoor area which was great, the beds aren't the best and the lounge is abit awkward to watch tv on and he foods a tad average, the staff are great however and very pleasant and helpful, I would recommend

We had a longer stay here than anticipated due to delayed flights, but the staff were extremely accommodating. We stayed in a Luxury Villa and it was perfect for us. Small pool, large entertaining space, and self sufficiency. All resort services were perfect. Very close to restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies, etc, and a 5 min shuttle to the beach 3 times a day (or taxi 24 hours for about $3 NZ). Very reasonable rates too. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding, stayed at 4 spots while on holiday and this was the best by far for the money. The villa on the end was awesome for about $75 US.
