The pictures when we booked the hotel looked really nice.. however, the pictures was probably accurate when the hotel just was built and opened. The rooms need a proper overhaul. The bed we slept in was hard and everytime someone moved the other person woke up because of the loud sound the bed was making. The room smelled like wet towel because of bad air circulation and the humid climate. The AC was not working, just the fan function on the AC was working. The wooden panel roof in the bathroom was all mouldy. The couple we were travelling with had to change room becaue the whole bed was all black dotted with mould. The pool was dirty and the waterfall for the pool that keeps the water in the pool circulating was not on. the only good thing with the hotel is that the staff were so polite. We stayed there for 2 nights but decided to move to the Jimbaran Bay Beach resort a 100m down the street instead wich was an amazing hotel.

Checked in, checked right out. My room was just unstayable. Needs major renovation and maintenance work here. Staff is super friendly though.

If you only need a place to sleep and near to jimbaran beach, this place is very good, its located in jimbaran beach, the only downside is the facilty there which is not maintained well enough, but for low price I cant complaint

This is quite an impressive hotel, but looks out of use. Few personnel, the pool bar out of use, the water not so clean. The owner is kind but she needs to make a lot of decisions in order to change and look how it was when first time opened

The building is old. Need touch up or rebuild, also the service not professional. Actually the place and the building have a potential, but Yeaaah Speechless 😶. It needs to fix ASAP

What a dirty place, never book a room here. The water is green, The room is disgusting (there was a death cockroach in the room), The ground is dirty, spiders in the bathroom, towels aint white anymore. Sheets are dirty, everywhere dust. We said all these things to the reception, they laughed and said we will send your complaint to the boss. The location is so good but they found a way to ruin it.

Overall it's OK except there is no convenience store near the hotel. I have to walk about 1 kilometre to get to the nearest convenience store and food stalls with reasonable price.

Apart from no WIFI in the room, the fact that this resort is a bit run down did not bother me in the slightest. Part of the charm! I got the a deluxe room with a massive canopy bed that was clean and quiet for about $40AUS per night. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and really seemed to care about their guests. Across the road is The Blue Marlin restaurant and bar which is awesome.
