Nice hotel. Young kids could swim here, but just a low pool, no sliding. A little playground. Quite homy.

Was going here for training and just experience the quality of the food in their restaurant. They serve several kinds of food such as pasta, western food, steam boat (asian food), and mostly Indonesian food. The taste is good for western food but some asian foods are bland, i.e. tom yum soup and kue cubit.

Tempat training yang selalu jadi pilihan pertama kami. Tanya kenapa? Sudah tentu karena service-nya yang oke punya (petugas banquetnya cepat tanggap, ramah n ingat ama client-nya ga cuman muka tapi namanya) , konsep break snack yang ok, apalagi tuk menu makan siang or malamnya. Lengkap dueh. Satu lagi kelebihannya. Ga bayar parkir dengan tempat parkir yang nyaman. Kerennnn.

Lobby and restaurant have ellegant interior. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but not really well-thought functionally. Rooms looked clean at first sight, but not so clean when I looked closer.
I always like Santika Hotels, but unfortunately I had bad impression here. First, my phone call couldn't get through, so I decided to make reservations on the hotel's website. When I arrived for check-in days later, it turned out that my reservations wasn't received by front office. (I made reservations for 7 rooms.) Lucky for me, I got there early enough so I could ask front office to secure my bookings for the rest of my guests, sparing me from embarassment.
Restaurant has refreshing pool view. Food are tasty, but cleanliness of food was questionable. Vegetables had some "additional protein". One of my guest got diarrhea after having dinner here. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Our gamelan group played here for a wedding event. It was unforgettable moment for me personally, and also for us. Because this is our first commercially success performance.

+ Hotel is clean.
+ Staffs are polite.
+ Ballroom is big enough for big event.
+ Located in central Jakarta.

- Surrounding road is not big enough, because it's not a big road.
- Quite far from bus stop (transjakarta) and train station.

Hotel location is not at the main road. So may have some difficulty finding the hotel. That's probably why the hotel is not so busy with guests. Hotel standard is above the other Santika hotels, hence "premier". Good for meeting events. They have many meeting rooms of various sizes. Food pretty much standard

Went there for a wedding party this week.
I can say that although the food is good, the place itself is a bit small. The guests are not too crowded.
They have outdoor as well near the pool but none went there.

Santika-4 Stars Hotel offered so many great Facilities: Big room with comfortable bed, Large parking park and near the bussiness area, not the least it also has cantin,gym and swimming pool. So liked to be there and have great experience in just one night.. Hope will get there next time in the Future !

I came here on seminar occasion. The place isq well maintained even though the building itself has been established for a long time. The food & servers are great. There are many auditoriums with different capacity that suited different occasions. The sound system & lighting are good. The restroom is clean. The interior design is modern with a little touch of Indonesian' heritage. But it's not the type of super fancy hotel.

I attended my friend's wedding there, one of the hotel staff step on my wife's feet. It's pretty disaster. I think this hotel is not recommended for wedding, why? Because they seems didn't well prepared for the BBQ area, they just started cooking when the party started They should've prepare before the party start coz it took sometimes to cook. The queue was ridiculous, then the Air-Con on the hall is not that cold with mass of people in the hall. I think this hotel good for staying and meeting purposes. For wedding I'll think twice. Well there's solution if you're going to do a wedding here rent more aircon / AC :)

My stay at Santika Premiere Hotel at Slipi Jakarta was enjoyable. However since I stayed with a colleague, what made it less convenient was that we only got 1 access card not 2 cards.

Enjoyed this hotel with family, this his one of our favorite hotel in the area for the nice breakfast and pool / kids recreation facilities. The staff is really helpful and kind. We will definetely return here. Fair room rate and breakfast / wifi included for us. Just perfect.

Really recommended place for your accommodation. Nice variety of breakfast, and if you stay at club premiere room, you can enjoy free dinner at private lounge, and you can enjoy free Wine right there. Heheee.

Had good impressions with the reasonable price. However experience with wet room due to leakage is acceptable but the new exchanged room had flooded shower place (#1001) - how unfortunate for first time experience. the last bit was the 4-free clothes cleaning service (deluxe club) experience where the cleaner included additional clothes (none that I prescribed to be washed) to increase hotel revenue above those free ones. Luckily after explanation to front desk, he understood and did not charge me. Local breakfast experience is good for foreigners. I also appreciated the western food line up for club-guest level 10. Overall acceptable but certainly hope improvement in these areas - be back in a month.

First thing their call center were lazy, it took 20 minutes before i can get a word.
Aaaand the front office staff were cloudy, it seems that they have'nt sleep for a month, blank eyes starring at you, asking some question without any greeting and nooooo smile at all.. very poor service, at that moment i decided to cancel my intention to stay there.
