Sarapan pagi sangat kurang baik
Buah yg disediakan hanya semangka
Makan lain sdh dingin
Pd hal sy sarapan br jam 8,tp makanan sdh tdk hangat dan sdh hampir hbs
Harap diperbaiki lg
Buahnya dicampur dan diperbanyak
Kemudian handuk buat mandinagar diganti karna sdh kusam

Friendly customer service. Easy car parking. There is D'Cost restaurant near lobby hotel. Room is clean enough. Bed could be improved to be more comfortable.

Nightmare!
There where kids running and screaming over all floors for the whole night!
Not possible for us the sleep at all!
The reception just does not care about it, we called them a several times.
They just sent the security to stop them, but after 5 minutes the party goes on!
Do not go there if you want to sleep at night!
The room is stinky and the bathroom is very moldy! The AC makes strange noises and the breakfast is not nice at all! There are a lot of mosquitos in the lobby and even in our room.
We changed the hotel because we do not want to pay a hotel where you will get no sleep at all!response / report this review -

Upon arrival to this hotel, we were greeted by staff who opened our car doors and removed our luggage from the trunk of our car. The staff were extremely amazing, helpful and friendly.
and the price is also reasonable

The location is easy to spot. Clean room, too. But the breakfast served don't meet any tastes at all, as well as the needs of more waiters to clean up tables 🤔 i think there should be someone ready to check every guests pre-breakfast (by the time guests enter the diningroom), instead of run-on someone to check

- Small room but pretty clean
- Corridor looked bad, dirty walls, dirty dishes on the floor were not picked up for a long time
- AC was good and cold
- No fridge
- Small TV with only a few channels available
- Many electricity outlets in the room to charge your gadgets
- Hot water ran out pretty fast so don't shower too long
- Only 2 elevators available
- Room only had free toothbrush, sandals and 2 mineral water
- Walls were not soundproof
- Free parking
- Poor wifi

The bed and pillow look not so clean, sanitary as well..

The rooms are quite small and not so clean. The hotel is not old but the conditions of the sanitary is bad. The tap was not fixed and the basin was dirty. The breakfast was not so good.

Just simply bed n breakfast hotel near to the mall of indonesia also artha gading.. location of this building was rounded by office or many company .. i think its good for expats or other employees who works in indonesia near Cempaka putih and Kelapa Gading doesn't matter he or she want to long stay in that hotel. 😄

room is clean enough, but it is quite awkward since we face the wash basin when we entered the room. The shower gel is too small, not enough even for one time shower.
Breakfast not good; it is very limited and cold. If you want to go to the nearest mall, you could not go by walk; since it is quite far.response / report this review -
