Our rooms were quite nice. Facing east to cottages area, bordered by a small river. The sound of water flowing was very nice and comforting. Bathroom is ok, hot water shower was fine enough. Since we don't take the breakfast due to our very early leaving, I couldn't give you review about the food.

It is actually a nice kinda old hotel, but if you stay at the standard room, the room is fairly small and the ventilation is not that good. Breakfast wasn’t that good since there’s not much food options. But it is value for money

Very nice hotel in salatiga, very good service, have a complete facilities like fitness center, massage & spa, whirlpool, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, hall, meeting room, tennis court, basketball court, have a big parking area, have a great atmosphere, very refreshing place

This hotel-slash-resort has an assortment of rooms that will suit your needs, from an overnight business stay, weekend spa getaway, to a meeting or even party. The Skylounge restaurant also has great food with great views. The swimming pool has a great overview of the whole resort area and doesn't get overcrowded with visitors most of the time.

Sky Lounge is not recommended. Waited more than one hour for food, only to be delivered cold, taste was not as expexted. Quite poor service, poor products.

Older hotel in Javanese style interior which looks great despite the age. Cleanliness could be improved, especially bathroom. Rooms with connecting door is available. Breakfast is rather poor in variety. Plenty of parking space. Unheated outdoor pool is available. Bungalow style room is available.

im not sure if its best hotel in town, but everything is good here.
the breakfast is delicious, but sometimes not, i think they have different cook.
room are clean n tidy, hot shower works perfectly even there are a lot of guest.
pool is great, there is child pool also.
the atmosphere is the selling point here, ethnic feels, a lot of javanese statue and ornament.

Laras Asri is one of the few choices in Salatiga. It's a mini resort with many open spaces and java cultured architecture. The standard room is spacious already, but cleanliness need improvement. Bathroom amenities is a bit minimum for a 4 star hotel, no liquid soap? Really? Complimentary drinking water is small size. Wifi quality is okay. Breakfast choices is just enough, taste wise is so so. But with the low price I pay for the hotel, compared to what I get, can't complain.

Actually we stayed only for couple of hours. Some suggest, the old building is the nicest one. But we stay in the new one.

What I like most about this resort is the Sky Lounge Restaurant. It is a recommended place for hangouts with friends. The foods and drinks are good and at affordable price.

This hotel is quite big. The outdoor swimming pool is great. The swimming pool for adult and child is separated. I was here for my friend wedding. I sleep in room number 3003 that located In a separated building from the receptionist. The room was "decorated" by moss in it's corner side of the wall and I was greeted by the smell of dust when I enter the room. And I got a view of a steel bar in my window. I kinda dissappinted by the condition of the room since it is a 4 star hotel. I know they can do it better.
But, the food is great. I love the taste of their breakfast food. And if you want an omellete, you can ask their waitress for it.

The wifi is not working, the concierge as well, the room smells like cigarette smoke though we dont smoke at all. The bathroom is small and a bit dirty. The only good things are good breakfast and the architecture.

It's a great experience that i spent one night in standard room. The bed is super comfy, the ambience is cozy, the service is really good.
Sadly the wifi isn't working properly.

Oh, the Sky Lounge cafe is great for hangout too!

This is a decent size resort in the middle of Salatiga. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family. Since there are a couple of pools nearby, it is the a good place to take the kids.

There are two sections to the resort, the conventional hotel that is located in the front or the resort-style bungalows inside the belly of the resort itself. Even though the bungalows in the belly of the resort is a bit more expensive, it offers more laid-back surrounding that one may expect from a resort.
