  Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan monumen atau patung Tugu ciri khas Jogja. Cuma dibagian luar akses keluar masuk agak kotor karena berdekatan dengan pasar.
  Secara layanan cukup baik, tempat tidur nyaman buat berdua, air panas, ac, handuk sabun. Sesuailah dari segi harga juga
