Decent hotel. Pool was decent but slightly dirty. Rooms and the hotel generally were a bit like tired. Good value for money though.

There is an accessible entrance on the side of main entrance and elevator for meeting room on the second floor.
Accessible toilet is not yet (soon i hope) available.
The food is good and really close to central train station and shopping arcade, Malioboro.

The room is clean and Wifi is good. They welcome us with welcoming traditional drink. The breakfast is nice, with many varieties foods and beverages. They served traditional foods also such as gudeg and so on, traditional drink like ginger, kunyit, etc. The staffs are nice and friendly. The location is good, near by Tugu station and you can walk about 10 minutes to Malioboro. You can find many angkringan outlets/restaurant around hotel.

Hotel offered a comfortable wide area of meeting room. Unfortunately, lcd projector didnt work well, n it took a quite long time to fix it. However the coffe break and lunch have various menus n delicious taste

The service and rooms were kept nice for the price. Staff is very nice and the food is decent. Spa is a nit more costly than other vendors but were alsp decent.

Swimming pool small and located in dinning area, only open till 6pm. Can't be used freely considering the time and location.
All facility also closed early. Even when the wheather is raining, it's not open to give guest activity to do in the rain.

Mold in the bathroom, smelly room, dripping shower, loud noises coming from operational facilities. I added one star because of very good breakfast.
